I love my Trax but if I had it to do over again, I would NOT purchase this vehicle ever again. There is no console for any type of storage in the vehicle. My former Malibu had a deep, 2 level console/armrest up front as well as a shallow storage area on top of the dashboard. The Trax has a small, slight armrest which is useless for the passenger to share. It has similar pockets/slots on both front doors and also has a weird lift-up drawer UNDERNEATH the passenger seat, which is not accessible if you're driving. Instead of a nice armrest/console for storage, Chevy found it necessary to give the front seat folks FOUR cup/drink holders. Who in the heck needs 4 cup/drink holders?! It's not like anybody in the back seat could share them if they wanted to. Had I noticed this before I purchased this vehicle, I would not have bought it. It's my own fault not to have seen this \nomission of a decent console with storage, but truly, front seat storage is very important to me and when I realized there was none, it was too late. I probably would have either checked out the Equinox or another brand to complete my package. I was hoping to be able to let Chevy know how important this issue is to a lot of drivers, but did not know how to contact anyone that would truly listen. Hopefully, this falls onto somebody's desk that will respond.

Just remember that it is a smaller SUV, so it doesn't have a lot of space.
