2017 Toyota Tacoma Double Cab 2WD 6-Cyl
Overall beautiful vehicle. I would recommend you get the TRD package (Sport or Off Road). Plenty of room for Front and Back. The overall performance of the car has great handling and feels good on the road. Technology wise still needs some work on the integration of with your phone, regarding apps. The blue tooth connectivity is great and gives flexibility. The Toyota app still needs lots of work as the interface is not very straight forward, and reliable. The navigation system is very complex to use and I just stick with my cell phone and playout the sound through my Bluetooth. Besides that can't really complain and I am very happy with the truck.

You will love the truck. It does not have auto headlights. No power seats (but that is okay). The Tacoma is no longer a small truck, about the same size as my old GMC Sierra, except the bed width is not 4 feet across. I use mine to haul bread, one loaf at a time. Also, with the 3.5L motor, it will haul xxx (move very quickly).

other than a transmission that cannot decide what gear it wants to be in the truck is a good purchase -- rumor has it the tranny problem is soon to be fixed with a computer rewrite.

Great around town drives like crap on the highway - wanders left and right, gas mileage is disappointing, downshifts all the time on the highway - must be a low torque issue - Try putting a turbo diesel in it and it might be the tires - I'll let you know as I'm probably going to change them.
