2017 Mazda Mazda3 s 4 Dr Hatchback 2.5L
This car is fun. It's sporty, fast, low to the ground which gives it stability for a lot of freeway driving. Comfortable, especially for tall people. Love that I can make phone calls, check my location, listen to music. It's a great car for an older woman in that you feel safe, comfortable yet get to enjoy the speed of a really fun and good looking car.

2017 Mazda Mazda3 s 4 Dr Hatchback 2.5L
The Mazda3 is a pleasure to drive. It handles very well and the 2.5 liter engine has all the acceleration you need in the city or on the highway. The manual transmission is crisp and a treat to drive. The sixth gear is a functional sixth speed with good acceleration at normal speeds on the highway. The interior is thoughtfully designed (if pretty black) and the instruments are very easy to read. I look forward to getting in the car and going for long drives. Unfortunately, the Mazda 3's technology is behind its competitors. The screen is the right size and is placed well, although I would prefer it tilt slightly toward the driver. The fact that the vehicle does not come with Apple CarPlay or Android Auto is a true disappointment. The $800 navigation system add-on to the technology is a flat-out rip-off: my phone always has the best and latest software for maps and entertainment, most of which is free. That is what I want to use on the nice big screen in my car. This is available on competing vehicles and it is a real disappointment that it's not in the Mazda 3. I am holding out some hope that a software update will be released for this vehicle in the future.
