The Lexus navigation system is terrible and actually dangerous to operate when driving. The voice commands make you go through several menus. You cannot tell the navigation system to find the nearest grocery such as "Whole Foods" or a distant airport such as "Charlotte Douglas Airport." The real time traffic control will identify a traffic stoppage 20 miles ahead but does not offer alternative routes to get around the stoppage. I have to use Google Maps to find alternative routes.
