Ride is rougher than expected for BMWs (and I have owned MANY).Acceleration is terrific. Handling great (except for too rough ride). Tires too narrow and suspension too hard (see ride comments above)

It is the perfect tool for the job. The job being a quiet, safe, stylish vehicle that gets me and my Wife to work, saving us time, money and aggravation during our daily commute to the San Francisco financial district. It is fast enough to move freely in traffic, accelerates quickly enough to take advantage of gaps, stops well enough and has enough safety features to be reassuring if an accident were to occur. It looks good enough to be pleasing to my eye and seems to make people smile when they see it.
