2016 BMW 528i Sedan
Great car. Had the best residual value and therefore the best lease rate. Good blend of comfort and performance. Great instrumentation. heads up display was a key selling point for me

2016 BMW 528i Sedan
Great styling. Slow on pickup. Great pep and especially fun to drive at higher speeds. Wish the side view mirrors could be programmed to turn in when the car goes off. Proximity sensors work full time on our Volvo SUV...they should work full time on the 528i. I don't like pulling in to a spot and having to push the P button to get the proximity sensor to work. The iDrive menu system is too complicated. I wish I could see the station name (not just call signal) on the dashboard (e.g. WXXX doesn't meant anything to me when I am using the hand adjuster on the steering wheel to change the station). Would be great to see the name of the song when the screen is in split view.

2016 BMW 535i Sedan
The 535i performance is much better and the ride is more comfortable than the 528i. The body style has been redesigned on the 2017 models I had such a horrific time with the purchase of my last vehicle I have lost some my trust and confidence in the buying experience. I am also worried and concerned about recent fires of BMW owners. Until I can get closure on the source of the fires I can not in good confidence suggest the purchase of a BMW to a friend or family member.

Very sporty M Sport 535. Great acceleration and mileage with efficient 6 cylinder engine.

The BMW is fun to drive and high quality, but overpriced. I really do not like run flat tires. They are expensive and have to be replaced when flat. I much prefer good quality tires with a spare, jack and tire tool ! If I am a long way from help and have a flat - I want to be able to put on a spare ! Run flat tires are a money maker for the manufacturer, but are not worth the cost to the consumer.

There are 3 disappointments we have with the BMW. No seat memory on passenger side, turning radius is very bad compared to my old CLS, and the info(#'s) on the instrument panel are way too hard to read for most people who can afford to buy a BMW!
