2016 Acura ILX

I'm in love with my Acura ILX - I always look forward to driving her!!

Disappointed that the Acura TSX was no longer available. However, the body style on the new ILX is very nice. Disappointed on how small the gas tank is. Having to gas up twice a week versus one time a week with my Acura TSX is really inconvenient. However, overall I love the ILX

It's a good commuting car. It offers a good value with a slightly upscale feel, but if you are looking for a "performance" car or a car that gives you a great driving experience or luxury then the Audi A3 is preferable. If I had to do it all over again I'm not sure I would buy the same car. For an extra few thousand I could have gotten a more upscale car. For what I paid I got my money's worth.

The only major problem is "bumpy ride" it is not a comfortable driving experience. It is noisy while driving. It is not noisy engine, but the sounds of tires. There is no cigarrate lighter (I am no smoker) I need to charge my GPS. There is no spare tire? or There is no place where I can store my coins.

We chose our car as a daily driver. Being an entry-level luxury car, it fit what we were looking for perfectly.

Disappointed that manual transmission is not an option. Disappointed there is no spare tire and I wasn't alerted to that. No lumbar support/control for driver's seat. 24 hr Acura Road assistance discontinued. Wished there was a manual transmission option like I had in the TSX

Navigation to specific addresses needs to be easy and fast. Entering address data in my ILX is very slow due to the slow processor (computer) and awkward UI.

It would be better if Acura starts supporting more Android (just as it supports Apple's Siri and HDMI connection for navigation). The upcoming Android Auto software would be most appreciated if they start incorporating it in their vehicles since Acura also prides itself being technologically advanced.

The car is beautiful, smart, safe and technologically advanced and it suits me. It is just a tad bit small. There is not enough room in the back for a medium to large-sized person. I don't carry passengers often, but when I do, I'm a little embarrassed about the lack of room in back. Also, if I had to pick, the ride is not as smooth as my old Acura TL which I expected. I will probably upgrade to the next size if I buy/lease another Acura.

The only thing that I am not satisfied of my new Acura ILX is the lack of spare tire. Big problem!!! I enjoy the Acura ILX more than my previous vehicle! It is still very early to rate the car yet!
