2015 smart fortwo

The car is fantastic - I love it! The people I worked with were absolutely wonderful! The process took a really - really - long time. It would be nice if that could be condensed to a significantly shorter period. The color selections for that model are pretty sad. It was originally marketed as a ''fun'' car and there used to be other ''fun'' colors available. Now you have a choice of white, off-white, gray, darker gray, silver (which is pretty much gray), and black. Would like to see a little more color selection available standard. You can get other colors if you want to pay more (other model, wrap, or special order color panels), but my two reasons for getting that car are price and quality.

On the other hand, it's also cute! And fun!

The car is for my wife and she loves it

The main reason I purchased my Smart, besides it is so cute, is that I have serious back problems and can get in and out of the vehicle without it hurting my back. I was a little concerned about how it would do on long trips, but have taken it on a five hour trip and my back didn't hurt at all. I am really satisfied with my Smart. I do, however, need to start charging admission for people to sit in it to see how roomy it is inside. Everyone who has ridden in it just loves it. I named it "Einstein" . I love my Smart and am wondering if I should charge admission to all the people I know who want to see it and sit in it. I feel safe in it and had no problems driving it four hours to Atlanta and driving it around Atlanta while I was there. Got there in time for rush hour traffic. It is great for running errands around town including some travel on the interstate. It will park anywhere and turn on a dime. I have severe back problems and appreciate the ease of getting in and out of the car. The seats support my back and I have had no pain from riding long distances as I have in other vehicles I have been in. While the car looks small from the outside, the inside feels spacious and feels larger than the passenger compartment of my little Nissan King cab pick up. Everyone who has ridden in it loves it.

A better transmission and a better Radio. A better radio. The radio is horrible. The extra protection should have a cooling period.

We purchased two of these vehicles and turned our one car garage into a two car garage and cut our vehicle gas bills by 65%. The seats are hard but not too uncomfortable but the noise level on the highways is ridiculous but it keeps me off the phone.

The intermittent wipers don't go frequently enough.

The smart gets good mileage, but should get much better given the size, weight, and power of the vehicle.

I love it, it is so much fun and I feel so safe in it.

Good value for money but could have been a little safer

Position of first Smart was primary vehicle, but, as we retired it changed to most cost-effective for us to go to work in the Smart and I was driving the longest distance.
