2015 Ram 3500

I enjoy the truck so far. I pull heavy loads and it seems like it uses quite a bit of DEF up to this point. The back seat of the truck could use more storage. It is designed for a work truck so I need all the storage I can get. My only drawback to the truck is the bed is really tall, hard to work out of the truck trying to reach over the truck to get something out of the bed. Plenty of power, comfort, sound system is great, controls are easy to use. Overall it is a great ruck that suits my needs very well.

Block heater cord should be automatically included on ALL diesel vehicles!

The leather color quality is poor. Stains really easy after only few weeks of using. Color wipes out too quick.

Climate controls are integrated into touch screen but auto temp control is still an option beyond that. If it's going to be integrated into all the electronics, why not include the temp control??? That's the best feature.

The outside paint work is as bad as I've ever seen on a Dodge truck. Nothing but orange peel, looks like something from a spray can. Nav system voice system doesn't work good and A/C and heater controls are like no controls. Seat, wheel heater and nav have to be turned on every time you turn off engine, this gets very old doing every time you turn truck off all day long. Much work needed on Nav and Heater seat system.

Only thing I don't like is backup camera in the rearview mirror instead of dash display. I owned an Infiniti that had it in the dash. It was bigger and I was more able to see. As you get older that little mirror is not enough. Bad design I think!

With less than 6000 miles on truck, I am having to return again for warranty repairs to be done on malfunctioning components.

Disappointed in mileage. I got 17 to 19 mpg on my 2006 Hemi. It was a Ram 1500 so I expected less with the 2500 but better than I'm getting.

Ram has taken all the towing capacity out of the 2500s. To only be able to get one rear gear on a heavy duty pickup is going the wrong way. Ram is clearly more worried about fuel mileage than they are about a work truck. Transmission is crap unless you look closely and look for the 68fre at an extra cost. The Aisin transmission makes whining noise and only available in a dually as is the 373 and the 410 rear ends.
