I am impressed with the performance and control will towing near max capacity. Beautiful. Love the 11 mpg with 8000 # truck and 16000 # trailer. I love the low end torque of the Cummins. Turning radius: wheels lock to lock is terrible and impacts trailer maneuvers in tight places. I wish the steering had another 15 degrees in each direction. This is 3500 4x4 SRW.

Block heater cord should be automatically included on ALL diesel vehicles!

The leather color quality is poor. Stains really easy after only few weeks of using. Color wipes out too quick.

Climate controls are integrated into touch screen but auto temp control is still an option beyond that. If it's going to be integrated into all the electronics, why not include the temp control??? That's the best feature.

The outside paint work is as bad as I've ever seen on a Dodge truck. Nothing but orange peel, looks like something from a spray can. Nav system voice system doesn't work good and A/C and heater controls are like no controls. Seat, wheel heater and nav have to be turned on every time you turn off engine, this gets very old doing every time you turn truck off all day long. Much work needed on Nav and Heater seat system.

I really don't need to have bluetooth or even wireless in my truck. Next time I won't purchase a truck that has this feature in it. Just a waste of my money.

The only disappointment I had was temperature control could not be set like a house thermostat. The diesel engine is performing as expected and sometimes exceeding expectations.

I feel that the driver's seat on my 2012 RAM may have been a little more comfortable.

Slightly wider open storage in center console to fit standard size filed books or small folio.

Engine brake control should be on the steering wheel spoke directly above the cruise controls. There's 2 spaces available there. Having to set it by reaching low on the center console takes your eyes from the road and is a pain in the a$$. I find the secondary setting for the engine brake unnecessary as you can accomplish the same thing by setting the cruise and primary engine brake simultaneously. Exhaust brake should be on steering wheel (right side above cruise controls), not where you need to look for it and take eyes from outside.
