Overall, I am very happy with my Nissan NV2000. A car would be an unpractical purchase for me. The NV2000 is a perfect choice for me. It suits all my needs.

There are a few things about the vehicle I would like to be different, but overall it fits my needs well, I'm enjoying it.

Too small a gas tank, needs back, side windows for more secure backing up, I don't recognize the tire brand, steering wheel should be adjustable, should have more sophisticated entertainment system for the $22,000 price, should be available in other colors (not just white), should have a spare tire, acceleration is not good.

The van works well in most all respects aside from the fact that it is underpowered. I am probably only carrying 800lbs gear max & yet it always requires full throttle to merge if the freeway is busy. Also, acceleration when at speed is very lackluster... I would want a lot of room to overtake on a two-lane highway. If there were another 80hp & 80ft/lbs it would be a fine vehicle.

So far I like my new van, but there are a couple things that I would have rather had on it. Those changes are as follows: 1. I wish it had vinyl seats. As a volunteer dog transport driver, I have a lot of dog hair that accumulates in the van. One of the reasons that I chose the Nissan instead of the Ford Transit Connect is because the Nissan came with vinyl flooring throughout the whole van, not just the cargo area. My Kia Soul had carpet from front to back and the dog hair was a pain to remove. Now all I have to do between through cleaning is open up all the doors and use a leaf blower to blow the hair out. If the van had vinyl seats instead of cloth seats it would make cleaning even easier. I bought vinyl seat covers for my Kia Soul and I plan to buy some for my new van when it gets warmer outside. 2. I don't like my new vehicle's back doors and I wish it had just one tailgate-type door instead for two reasons; The thick frames around the back windows on each of the two doors really restrict the visibility a lot. Also, if it had a door that lifted up and if it had just one large back window like my Kia had, it could have a window wiper. I really miss not having a wiper. Here in Ohio the salt on the road this past winter caused those 2 back windows to get so dirty that I couldn't see anything out of them. 3. I miss the sun visor on my Kia Soul. I was able to position it along my side window when I'm driving and then if I needed to block more sun from me I just needed to pull it further out and it covered the whole side window. My husband's Dodge Ram truck does that too. With my sensitive eyes, blocking the sun is important. I've been getting quite a few comments from some of the other transport drivers. They seem very impressed with the amount of dog crates that I can now carry. All in all, I'm happy with my new cargo van.

This van is exactly what I need. It is small enough to fit in garage and has plenty of cargo space and the right amount of extras for driving--crusise, auto, power windows and etc. Finally someone figured out why not have a compact cargo vehicle yet put in some added accessories. A lot of people just need some plain cargo area but like some features.

Better interior lighting in cargo area, very dark and hard to see. Passenger armrest more storage compartments for flashlight and tools

Over steers! Needs larger diameter wheels badly! Disappointing power output. With HP ratings would expect better mileage. In every one I test drove, the rear door hinges rattle! That needs to be redesigned to stop it! Needs better interior lighting. Passenger seat needs armrest. Love the CVT! Great value for the price.
