I am a recent widow. I sold our 2 cars and replaced them with a Mini Cooper Countryman. It is just the right size for me and it fits my personality. I am a small person with a small car. It is so fun to scoot here and there in my new car. I'm the "little old lady from Pasadena". Not really but we can pretend!!! I had wanted a 2door Mini but when my husband died and I only needed one car, I thought it should be a little bigger so I bought the Countryman -- perfect!!! I love the appearance and the functionality. A wonderful fit!

My only complaints about my car is that it takes a while to cool down and that the controls for music & temperature are not intuitive. I just drove a 4K road trip thru the SW and Midwest and it handled BEAUTIFULLY! I drove thru sheets of rain in Oklahoma with such ease! I'm so happy with my MINI!

The windshield wiper could use a lesser setting. The aux cord outlet needs to be tighter.

The only issue I have is the Bluetooth compatibility with my iPhone and its unreliability. I understand this is more an Apple issue though.

Love it! Just had a few issues with the braking jerking or not catching right away when in Sport mode. Not all the time... just twice. Other than that, it's fabulous, convenient and fun. My kind of "SUV"

I have had my countryman for about 2 months and am really enjoying it. What I don't care for is the BIG speedometer in the middle and how small the radio is. It is really hard to see it and also all the controls are so low, it takes your eyes off the road for too long to try and see the heat, defrost, etc. I do not have bluetooth yet, but will be getting that soon. worried about how small the screen will be for that too.
