I love this vehicle. One of my biggest reservations about Mercedes was the age factor. I didn't want to be my grandfather. This is the first Mercedes in my life that excited me. I would not have cared if it cost twice as much. It is fun. It makes me feel young. It excites me. I don't want a car that floats, I want to feel the road and feel alive. When a car makes you feel the way this car makes me feel, you have done your job and you have done it well. The only thing that could make it better would be a manual stick shift. Thank you.

I couldn't be happier. Great fun to drive, looks are top notch. Only have driven 600 miles so far, and I am thrilled to be driving it.

I really like the CLA's look (exterior) but I want to have interior look like 2015 C300.

Missing the way to open all windows from the key in hot weather as I had on my Volvo

I love my CLA & get excited when I get in my car. I am having a VERY frustrating experience learning the navigation system. I prefer the voice controls. Example: If I choose to make a call I say the name then it asks the line number. Well who memorizes in this day & age people's telephone numbers? Most people have more than one number!! Why can't I say that person's Home, or Office etc? This is not correct or safe while driving. The same goes for addresses. I have to take my eyes off the road & look at the screen & guess what line number my destination is at. I do not like the system. It is confusing, takes so much time to learn & it's poorly designed. No one knows anyone's telephone numbers anymore. Please consider this change for the future.

CLA250 has very uncomfortable front seat neck and head protector in event of accident forces driver to tilt head forward in order to avoid back head against head protector... should be mobile as in most models including MBs... MB's tech people should consider "senior friendly" improvements; e.g. better lighting for dash items, clearer visibility on side to side checking for obstacles, easy access to use of temp items rather than having to move eyes down to adjust items while driving. Remember we seniors have some problems you must take into consideration when designing your cars... make 'em "senior friendly"
