I wish the clock was in a different spot. I love our Mazda CX-5. It's sporty, easy-to-drive and fuel-efficient. We looked at many many vehicles and in the end we feel we made the right choice.

Front seat warmers do not get very warm, even on the high setting; navigation system is buggy; map turns and jumps around when the car is not in motion - bluetooth system takes a long time to connect; about 2 minutes to connect for music playback from phone. The seat heaters do not work as I expected. When set on the low and medium settings, I can't feel the heat. On high setting, I feel the heat but not very much.

One question not on the survey concerned side views. Due to the high headrests there is an obstructed view trying to back out of driveways or parking spaces. All driving classes tell you not to depend 100 percent on the mirrors. If I had a single complaint it would be that Mazda would be doing consumers a great favor if they put a little more sound dampening material in their vehicles. Although the road noise can be drowned out by the sound system, one should not have to rely on it for a quiet ride. Also, lumbar support would not hurt, either.

I took the vehicle back to have backup sensors installed. They have never worked properly.

Excellent car - EXCEPT I am very disappointed in the entertainment system. I am not alone in this, I see many folks out on the internet forums who are equally disappointed, yet I see no relief forthcoming from the vehicle manufacturer. I don't understand how a company like Mazda, who produces such a well-engineered car, could allow this major design fault to exist uncorrected. I have to admit that I am disappointed by the entertainment system - the firmware is buggy, and Mazda knows of the problem and has not fixed it.

Only complaint so far is that there is a plastic cover on the center console, in the driver's foot compartment that pops off when I hit it with my foot, usually when exiting the vehicle.

Interior is cheap-looking and boring. Bluetooth capabilities limited. Interior is boring and entertainment system is outdated

The user interface for audio and Bluetooth is the most ridiculous and slowest I have seen in any car that I have driven. It is very slow, cumbersome and nonintuitive. It doesn't even go back to the last song played. Even old cassette players in cars had that feature! Pickup and driving is great but it's features like the audio system, poor instrument cluster display that have disappointed me.

My only issue so far is that highway driving produces a lot of cabin noise
