2015 Kia Soul

I just think the Kia Soul+ is an exceptional vehicle. Safety, consumer satisfaction, a joy to drive, cute, good gas mileage, etc. It was a great purchase and I'm very happy.

We are very pleased with our new Kia Soul, it's comfortable, economical, versatile, and really fun. This car has ISG (idle stop and go) which works seamlessly... it seems almost magical turning the engine off when stopped then running again the instant you take your foot off of the brake! No more wasting gas while sitting in stop-and-go traffic.

I love the Kia Soul. Roomy, cute and safe. I had a bad accident in my previous Soul and I emerged with only minor injuries. That is why I bought another one. I feel safe driving it.

The cons: not as fuel-efficient as I thought it would be, it's not as quiet, the ride is a little rough, too easy to void out the warranty, the side view mirrors are too short, and UVO can't access all the features with cell phone, there need to be an option to have one on at all times for the dual outlets. The pros. Easy to drive, roomy interior, seats sit up high so that when exiting the vehicle you don't feel like you are getting up off the ground, has a great look and style, I like the auto-dimming of the instruument panel in different lighting, back up camera is nice, the rear seating is comfortable for a six foot person easy to access steering wheel controls for audio and cruise control, brakes are powerful, handles very good.

Would love if this car had blindspot monitoring, automated passenger seat and a remote back gate opener. Love my new Soul! Every feature imaginable on it (got an upgraded special version), drives well and suits my needs for a small car with great space and lots of technology.

This is my second Soul, the first was a brand new, three months old, 2014 + model that was totaled when a truck hit the front bumper from the driver's side. It looked like the damage should have been about $6,500 but it was totaled. This car is a 2015 model. They stopped putting the turn signals on the outside mirrors in 2015 which upset me. Anyway, the safety of this car concerns me but other than that, it's a real nice car (slightly underpowered).

This Soul is a fun car to drive

I'm very happy with the overall performance of my Kia Soul, especially the fuel consumption which averages at 31mpg in the city. It's a good-looking car, comfortable, has a great sound system and I feel one with my vehicle.

What really is bothersome is the lack of attention to modern technology. The UVO app for iPhone is outdated, logs out constantly, and never transmits my parking info. Furthermore, issues persist between my iPhone 6 Plus (running iOS 9) where loud chirps and song skips happen while directly connected via Lightning cable. This only occurs while connected to my KIA. As an Apple employee, I'm still trying to determine if this is a KIA thing or Apple issue.

I am enjoying my Soul, it feels good to drive and gets very good fuel economy. It has plenty of power for me and handles like a cat.
