2015 INFINITI QX50

So far I am loving my new vehicle. Good choice!

So far it's great.

I love everything about my new car except the gas mileage. I did not realize how bad the gas mileage would be day-to-day. I'm spending significantly more in gas each month than I did with my previous car and regret not doing more research into more fuel-efficient options.

Needs daylight running lights and power liftgate.

After driving two Acura RDXs for 6 years, the only thing I am seriously lacking is storage space in the console and doors. It is definitely a smaller front cabin as well.

I wish the daytime running lights were included on this vehicle, and I wish a heated steering wheel was an option.

Our initial 6 weeks of driving the QX50 have confirmed our expectations. So far we are 100% satisfied. Our only complaints, and they are minor issues, are (1) the small size of cup holders and (2) the absence of small holding nets or compartments for small change, mobile phone and small change. Our Mercedes C250 excels in those items. However, the important strengths of the Infiniti QX50, compared with our Mercedes, are in highway safety: We sit higher and have more accelerating power.

The QX50 is a great-looking vehicle. I like all of its features.

The back trunk door doesn't close tight unless you slam it. The air conditioner seems to blow fairly hard even tho you have it at its lowest level. I think the transitions in gears could be smoother. The gas cover seems cheap.
