About the 2015 INFINITI Q60

1st-generation Q60 (2014-2015, the renamed G37-based model), final year before Infiniti skipped the 2016 Q60 model year and then launched an all-new coupe for 2017.

Infiniti positions the 2015 Q60 as a style-first luxury two-door with strong naturally aspirated V6 power, rear-drive character, and a cabin that mixes sporty design with real comfort features. In coupe form it is the classic grand-touring choice in the lineup; in convertible form it adds a power retractable hardtop for open-air driving without the look of a soft-top. Its big draw versus rivals is dramatic styling and a muscular V6 rather than cutting-edge cabin tech.

The 2015 lineup ranges from the more relaxed Journey and standard models to the driver-focused Q60S, with its manual transmission, firmer suspension, larger brakes, and sport seats. The new Q60S Limited coupe adds dark exterior trim and richer standard equipment, while the 343-hp IPL Convertible remains the most performance-focused open-top version.

What changed, by category

Powertrain
The new Q60S Limited coupe pairs the existing 3.7-liter V6 with either a 6-speed manual or 7-speed automatic transmission and adds a sport muffler. The rest of the lineup keeps the same basic V6 setups.
Styling
The Q60S Limited receives black exterior accents, a unique sport front end, and a rear spoiler. There is no model-wide exterior refresh.
Structural
The Q60S Limited adds sport-tuned suspension and steering, a limited-slip differential, and larger sport brakes. The underlying platform is unchanged.
Tech
Bose premium audio, navigation, and voice recognition are standard equipment on the new Q60S Limited. There is no lineup-wide infotainment or driver-assistance update.
