2015 Hyundai Santa Fe GLS/Limited - AWD (6-cyl)
Front wiper fluid sprayer location should be improved (moved). While it is moved from typical location above the hood, the new location inside the wiper resting area makes the sprayer easily blocked accumulation of snow. Frequent clearing the area is needed in order to operate the sprayer properly during snow shower. The sound quality is good. I have the limited version with Infinity sound system. However, I have heard better one in Mazda, Nissan and Infiniti. I thought cruise control was a standard design, but during recent rental car experiences, I was impressed with Mazda 3 and Ford fusion cruise control operations.

2015 Hyundai Santa Fe GLS/Limited - FWD (6-cyl)
My only real problem (dislike) about the SUV is that the passenger controls do not have an electric "up/down" function. My wife is short and she sits too low in the seat. I can't believe that Hyundai makes a $40,000+ SUV without having this feature. I almost didn't buy it just because of this. In hindsight, I probably would have shopped for a different SUV with this feature even though I really like all the rest of the features. One other recommendation I have is that there is a button that brings up a full size clock for a second or two - I would like to have the clock stay showing until the button is pressed a second time. In other words, the option to have the large clock show all the time if you want it to.

Wish it had a couple more gallon capacity--range is only about 330 miles

I did not notice that it did not have a trailer hitch on it when bought it. I thought it was included as it was supposed to be fully loaded. I wish the Santa Fe had cup holders in the back. I also need to check on a towing package to haul a very small trailer.

When listening to car audio, I should be able to hear my mobile phone notifications.

The mirrors seem oversized almost too big from inside the vehicle. From outside they look ok, but I would like the option to have power folding mirrors.

2015 Hyundai Santa Fe GLS/Limited - FWD (6-cyl)
The mid-size SUV market is awash with very capable entries. In order to stay relevant, the Santa Fe MUST increase its torque to horsepower ratio. More ''take-off'' power is needed to make highway driving safe and dependable. Also, there is a noticeable time lag between flooring (or hard acceleration) the gas pedal and vehicle response. Often, that CAN mean the difference between safety and an accident with resultant injury. Braking should also be more responsive and effective... shorter stops. My vehicle meets the standards that I expect. However, I feel confident that minor improvements would make this vehicle much more appealing to a wider cross-section of potential buyers AND would develop a level of customer loyalty that would serve to establish Hyundai as a vehicle manufacturer of repute. For instance, the Santa Fe must improve its MPG by at least 10% if it is to remain competitive. A 15% improvement within the next 5 years (over today's fuel consumption) is not only environmentally beneficial, but will position the Santa Fe as a class leader. Further, the Santa Fe needs to include a more comfortable 3rd row if it is to be regarded as a serious player among ''extended'' mid-size SUVs. Blind spot monitoring should be standard and collision avoidance should be an option on all models. Customers need to feel safe and comfortable with the vehicle that carries the people and their most precious cargo.

Excellent vehicle, since I live in Phoenix I am wondering why the oil needs to be changed every 3750 miles?
