About the 2015 Cadillac CTS

Sedan trims are part of the 3rd-generation Cadillac CTS sedan (2014-2019) and 2015 is its second model year with light updates. The CTS-V coupe in this catalog is a final-year carryover from the prior 2nd-generation CTS-V coupe body style.

Cadillac positioned the CTS as a luxury sport sedan built around light weight, balanced handling, sharp styling, and strong powertrain choices rather than soft isolation alone. In Cadillac’s own brochure language, the car leans hard into athleticism: low mass, near-50/50 balance, Brembo brakes on performance models, and a driver-focused cabin with CUE infotainment and upscale materials. For shoppers cross-shopping German midsize luxury sedans, the CTS is the brand’s sharp-handling, design-forward answer.

The 2015 CTS sedan ranges from the everyday 272-hp turbo four to a 321-hp V6 and the sharper 420-hp twin-turbo Vsport. Luxury Collection sedans pair leather with standard navigation and a panoramic glass roof, while the separate CTS-V coupe is a limited-run final edition with a 556-hp supercharged V8 and Recaro sport seats.

The final-edition CTS-V coupe makes several formerly optional items standard, including Recaro front seats, ventilated front seats, red brake calipers, a black-chrome grille, wood inlays, simulated-suede accents, and red contrast stitching.
Lineup
The 3.0 Luxury Collection Sport, 3.6, 3.6 Performance Collection Sport, 3.6 Premium Collection Sport, and CTS-V Sport configurations are dropped. The remaining CTS-V coupe is a 500-unit final edition based on the older body style.

“Cadillac needs to work on their controls to make them a wee bit easier to find/use, still it is a very nice car.”

“the heating and cooling noise should be reduced, especially for a luxury vehicle. It is one of the loudest of any car i have ever driven and since I rent cars for business about 30 times a year, I have several comparisons. When the CTS cooling system is on recirculate it is very loud.”
