2014 Toyota Avalon
I like my Avalon. But I don't love it. My fault entirely. I was in a lot of post-op pain. Should have taken more time with the buying experience. Probably would have been happier with a smaller car. IE Camry? Car meets all expectations except it just feels too big. Would still buy or lease a Toyota.

The car is built exceptionally well, the seats can use a little more padding.

Difficult to get into without lowering seat all the way in advance. Console is too wide and doesn't give enough knee room for driver or passenger.

Dislike the capacitive touch controls - too sensitive; no tactile feel. Not sufficient headroom, no sufficient seat width, and not sufficient leg room. Too cramped. No real spare tire; no room for one. Gas tank is too small.

2014 Toyota Avalon
I don't like the way the cd player opens accidentally all the time. The controls on the dash are too easily changed by accident because they are touch control. If your hand passes in front of them sometimes they change. The placement of the heater and a/c vents on the dash is inadequate. They were better on my 2003 Avalon. I do not like the fact that there is no rear fan control speed for the heat/ac. The wireless charging is not supported by Apple or Samsung. I know that is not the fault of the car manufacturer but those are the two major cell phone manufacturers. They should have told me when I bought the car instead of me having to research why it didn't work.

Too stiff of a ride - Glove box is too small. The controls are too complicated.

The navigation system is more difficult to work than My Touch from Ford. It doesn't have a lot for POW choices.
