2014 Mercedes-Benz E-Class

Love the car, buying it was a good time.

I love the car, but I would say the things I like least are the MBtext seat material (feels rubbery and stains from clothing dyes) and the software system. Give me a touch screen, make the navigation easier to use, and if you're going to put apps in there, make it where I can access everything all the time, not just when the vehicle is parked. Mercedes is a great company that values their customers' experiences and fosters a great owner experience.

I am comfortable with this vehicle. I enjoy the quiet comfortable ride. Also I receive compliments from others when viewing my car. I just enjoy the comfort and performance of my Mercedes.

Have purchased 16 Mercedes in the last 10 years.

Overall, I really enjoy the vehicle, however there are 3 things that are absolute design failures that should be corrected: 1. The inability to enter an address in the Navigation system while the car is in drive. This is very annoying. The voice control system simply does not work. For me the Navigation is rendered completely useless. This would potentially force me into another brand. 2. I don't like the "Eco" function at all. Having the car constantly shut off does not work well with my daily driving. I should be able to shut this off as a default function. I don't like having to manually do it every time I start the car. 3. When you first turn on the car, the navigation/entertainment screen does not turn on for several seconds, during this time certain functions are inoperable. In particular, I can't mute or change the volume.

I have a hard time keeping the interior and exterior looking clean. This is obviously my fault for my finish selections, but the taupe interior and blue exterior color shows every bit of dirt and watermarks

I owned a Lexus for 12 years so I knew all about them. I am still at a learning curve with my Mercedes but loving the car

I have driven Mercedes models (C250 and C-300) for the last ten years. This is my first E-350 which I love. There is a dramatic difference between these models! This is supposed to be my terminal car...

I have never considered any other make of vehicles other than Mercedes due to its reliability and prestige. It is a brand I can trust. Mercedes Benz has been an iconic vehicle for safety and reliability. I love the quietness in the vehicle when driving as I need to talk on the phone hands-free while driving. No other cars provide such quietness as far as I know.

Would like for side view mirrors to retract /close when parked.
