Standard options were not very good; even Kia has keyless access and push button start as well as backup camera. This CLA does not even have either of those.

Disappointed in the transmission. Not very smooth shifting from 1 to 2 and to 3. Also, the shifting is in odd places when not in Eco mode. I expected more from a Mercedes and sadly a 10 minutes test drive doesn't pick up these nuances.

The only 2 challenges I have with the car thus far is the knob where you change your stereo settings. My arm keeps hitting it. Also the console between the seats moves forward when leaning on it. It's meant to move, however it happens quite a bit when entering the car.

I hate Eco Stop! It's irritating to have to turn it off every time I start the car. The rear seat headroom is terrible! No one over 5'8" can sit back there. Rear seat headroom is terrible!!! No one over 5'8" can sit back there comfortably. No one over 5'11" can sit back there at all! That's the worst part about this car. I hate the Eco Stop feature! Needs folding rear seat center armrest.
