I found that the Cruze offered several preferred upgrade features as either standard equipment or affordable convenience pkgs that other vehicle brands did not offer or were only available with other features that I DID NOT want. Our experience with our previous Cruze was very positive although would like to have better gas mileage.

Brakes are soft, audio not the greatest, not sure if it is the car yet but the Bluetooth keeps disconnecting/reconnecting.

Poor feature is there is no trunk release in the car, have to turn the car off and use trunk release on the remote

I really have an issue with the trunk opener on the fob. At least twice a month I have to get out of the car and close the trunk. I guess bad placement of the trunk opener button! When you start the car I must activate the trunk opening button!
