2014 Buick Encore Premium FWD
An automatic opening/closing tailgate would've been a good feature to be standard. I'm 4 foot 9 in tall and I can barely reach the tailgate to pull it down. In fact I've had to buy a small fold-up stool to carry just for when I need to close the tailgate. Also there's no way to attach a strap to the handle to close it with. It's a hole not a handle.

2014 Buick Encore Leather FWD
1. Needs a strap handle on the hatchback to ease in pulling it down. The hatch is too high for short people to reach up to grab and close. 2. The inside of the vehicle is easily permeated by outside noises and seems to be poorly insulated and encapsulated.

I really would have liked rear heat/AC vents as a standard feature. I wish this car had cool seat system.

The Encore turned out to be a perfect vehicle for us, value, cost, and comfort.

The only thing I wish it had is a bigger gas tank.

There are a lot of blind spots created by the design of the car.
