An eight-speed automatic became standard across the non-SRT lineup. The 300C and 300C Luxury Series added V6-based flexible-fuel versions instead of remaining V8-only, while the HEMI V8 stayed in the range. The 300S V6 also rose from 292 to 300 horsepower.
Styling
The new 300 Motown, 300S Glacier, 300C Varvatos Collection Luxury, and SRT8 Core brought distinct appearance and cabin treatments. The former Limited trim continued under the 300C Varvatos Collection Limited Edition name.
Safety
A rearview camera became standard on the 300S. Automatic high beams changed from standard to optional on the 300C and 300C Luxury Series.
Tech
The SRT8 gained launch control. Chrysler also reshuffled equipment, making leather seats standard on the 300S.
Structural
The SRT8 gained a new three-mode adaptive suspension, letting the driver adjust how firmly the car rides and responds.
