About the 2010 Ford E-350

4th generation E-Series van/wagon (1992-2014), second year after the major 2009 cabin redesign and one year after the 2008 front-end update.

Ford positioned the E-350 as the heavy-duty side of the E-Series family: a traditional full-size van for moving a lot of cargo or a lot of people, with rear-wheel-drive durability, strong towing ability, and broad upfit flexibility. In 2010, its core appeal was simple and work-focused. Cargo versions served contractors, delivery fleets, and specialty upfitters, while passenger wagons served shuttle, church, and large-group duty where seating capacity and toughness mattered more than modern styling.

The E-350 remained a heavy-duty cargo van and large passenger wagon, with regular- and extended-length versions serving work, shuttle, and group-transport duty. Extended cargo vans provide 275.1 cubic feet of cargo space, while extended XL and XLT wagons seat up to 15 people. XLT models add a more passenger-friendly cabin with cloth seats, front and rear air conditioning, power windows and locks, and cruise control.
