Scion tC
The Scion tC, produced from 2005 through 2016, is a sporty compact coupe that offers a blend of performance, style, and affordability. Known for its sharp exterior design and versatile hatchback layout, the tC provides comfortable seating for four passengers (five in a pinch) and ample cargo space. Under the hood, a capable four-cylinder engine powers the front wheels, delivering lively acceleration and respectable fuel economy, while its performance-tuned suspension retains enough compliance for everyday use. The Scion tC also has its share of drawbacks, however. They include a rather dated interior design with some cut-rate materials and little in the way of advanced tech or safety features. Additionally, while the tC is fun to drive, its performance does not reach the level offered by some more dedicated sports cars.

If Scion produced a higher performance TC such as a TC-S with turbo/supercharger, I would have purchased the TC-S edition in an instant.

The Scion Tc is sporty and maneuvers so well! I love the ease of how it handles on the road and fast acceleration. It has a nice color and is comfortable for my personal needs. I would not buy any other brand but Toyotas. I also enjoy how the car grips the road and can turn corners with ease without too much slowing down. The space in the front for the driver and passenger is roomy even though the car looks small and sporty! This was an important feature for me when buying it. I wanted something that was personal to my liking and taste. The hatchback fools the on-looker as being small in space, but in all actuality, it provides plenty of storage space. I also enjoy the roof window and air system with this model.

Overall the new car I bought is great... just the noise from the tires is just so loud when driving over 60 mph. And I wonder is there an option to turn off the ECO fuel control thingy... it's making the driver feel like someone hitting the brake when they try to go over 70 mph

My daughter purchased an early version of the tC. I've driven it several times and I thought it was a great little car. I would have bought the FR-S but wanted something with a more torque and a bit more room. If a turbo version of the FR-S had been offered, I would have chosen it over the tC, despite the extra cost.
