Lincoln MKX

Lincoln introduced the MKX in 2007 as its all-new midsize luxury crossover. With an upscale design and a comfortable and well-appointed cabin, the MKX suits the American luxury brand to a T. Its standout qualities include a smooth and quiet ride, supportive seats, and an extensive list of standard features and tech, including a user-friendly SYNC 3 infotainment system for 2016 and later models. Under the hood, the MKX offers a choice of a standard 3.7-liter V6 engine or a more powerful 2.7-liter twin-turbocharged V6, both providing ample power for daily driving. However, the MKX does have a few drawbacks. Its handling, while composed, may not feel as engaging as some sportier rivals, and its fuel efficiency also trails the leaders in its class. Buyers should also note that Lincoln replaced the MKX with the all-new Nautilus in 2019.
