Volvo XC90

The XC90 is Volvo's largest SUV. Since its 2003 debut, it has embodied the automaker's ongoing commitment to comfort, safety, and Scandinavian design. Families appreciate its spacious and upscale cabin, which offers seating for up to seven passengers as well as a standard suite of advanced safety features. Under the hood, its powertrain options range from efficient four-cylinders to a potent plug-in hybrid, catering to a wide variety of needs. However, the XC90 is not without its criticisms. The ride, while comfortable and composed, isn't as sporty as some rivals. Additionally, some owners report that its infotainment system can feel overly complex and slow to respond. It's also worth noting that some adults may find its third row too cramped for longer journeys. But overall, the Volvo XC90 remains a compelling choice among luxury SUVs, offering a deft balance of style, luxury, and safety.

Volvo got almost everything right on their recent crop of vehicles including design, fit, finish, and feature content. Only area I consider weak is in the engine compartment. While the 2.0 Super/Turbocharged engine is plenty powerful, it lacks refinement, something buyers in the segment place high on the list.

Vehicle has some interior design flaws, motion of the vehicle at times makes you feel carsick, technology ease of use is LACKING, internet connection NEVER works.

The vehicle is amazing, but as an SUV it misses the mark a little in regards to being a family vehicle. There are not enough cup holders in the 2nd row, there is only 1 usb charging outlet in the vehicle, and the back seat lights are not adjustable like some of the reading lights in other SUV's.

Very well made and dependable. Volvo appears to be returning to their core values of safety, dependability, and value. The only draw back is the need for premium gas.

Waaaaaay too much technology - needless and repetitive details and features, too much info on console screen make it aggravatingly difficult to use. I find it annoying - and I am a very tech friendly person! Our Tesla's screen is so much more simple, intuitive and enjoyable to use.
