The entire process was easy. Using Carvana is like using Amazon to order things. So easy, decent pricing, no haggling, fully customizable filters, alerts when things you are looking for get listed, no human interaction.... Beautiful process. Free delivery was offered but I opted to pick up to get it a few days sooner. Got it from the vending machine....THAT was cool. I spoke with Tony from The Oak Brook, IL location when I picked up my car. He was so nice, patient and really made me feel confident in my purchase. He walked through all of the paperwork with me. Literally couldn't be any easier. Frankly, I'll never buy a car any other way again. And when it was all said and done, they also take care of the plates and registration which saves you the dreaded BMV trip. ??

Generally stress free process, online time saving. However, delivery date confirmed online as Monday 4/19, 10:30 AM; got to site, car was there but told delivery was scheduled for Wednesday, 4/21. So, took up to two hours to prep car and paperwork, had to correct registration address twice on all paperwork as final miscue (had emailed ahead of time with change of address, first set picked up primary home address in Hinsdale IL(purchased car there in Feb. 2020); second set picked up Punta Gorda FL address from current registration card on trade-in; third set finally got it correct (St Augustine FL as notified in purchase online)

I was very nervous about trusting this process. Not being able to see the car was very unnerving. IL Carvana does a great job of documenting what you're actually getting. I actually feel like I got a better car than what was advertised! My car is four years old and is in excellent physical and aesthetic shape. You're not really locked in until you say so with the seven day return policy.Everyone was very friendly and very professional. It's been a very smooth process I have never purchased a vehicle so easily. I purchased during this whole COVID experience In the vehicle was extremely clean. The driver was definitely no contact but very professional and friendly. If you're the type of person that needs to touch and drive a vehicle before you buy this might be a more difficult process but if you know what You want or are maybe a little less picky and looking for a set of wheels this is definitely a way to go. I highly recommend!

I will never buy another vehicle from a dealership again. The process was simple from start to finish. Everything was prepared online before arriving at Carvana, so I just took a quick test drive while they looked over my trade-in then signed a few papers. They gave me a really good price on my trade-in. I was in and out in a fraction of the time I would have spent listening to a car salesman drone on about financing offers and warranties that I don't want.
I got a much better deal on my van than I would been able to find at any dealership in my area. The pictures online showed me exactly what I was getting and everything was exactly as it was shown on the website. The vending machine was a pretty neat experience, too.
On top of getting a great van, I got amazing customer service and lots of Carvana gear - a cup, a key-chain, and a $20 credit to the Carvana shop. They also have a pretty great referral program. The app for paying my bill and tracking my registration is really straight-forward and user-friendly. Overall, this was the best car-buying experience I've ever had, and the team at the Oak Brook, Il Carvana went above and beyond to make my experience hassle-free. I highly recommend Carvana the next time you're in the market for a vehicle.

2018 Jeep Renegade
If you're thinking about it, please go for it! I originally found my dream Jeep at a dealership, and they were asking for a lot of front, and unwilling to go down on the price. Carvana offered a newer version, $1500 less than local dealerships, and delivery three days later at no charge!!!
I picked up from the Carvana location in Oak Brook, IL, and I was there for thirty minutes!!!! Ten of those minutes included a test drive by myself to make sure I enjoyed the Jeep!!! I'm in love with my car, and the wonderful experience!

2018 Chevrolet Impala
Based on this experience, I will most likely never go to a traditional dealership ever again. The process was very easy. Browsing online, selecting a vehicle, getting pre-approved for financing, speaking to the Carvana Advocates and delivery went pretty smoothly. I met the delivery driver inside their delivery area rather than at my home. Even in the pouring rain, Gabi (from the Oakbrook, IL office) was super helpful and polite. I took the car for a quick spin and then signed the paperwork. She alerted me to a paint flaw that she stated was already submitted for repair.
Due to the rain, I wasn't able to initially inspect the car, so I looked it over the next day. I found a few more minor items that I brought to the attention of Carvana. We are working out the repairs right now.
The car was delivered with a full tank of gas and the interior was super clean. I have related the experience to many people with which I come in contact. My 2nd grade daughter even told her teacher about it...and now she is interested in skipping the dealer for her next car purchase.
Nice job Carvana!

Pros: Easy, streamlined operation for purchasing a quality vehicle. Very friendly staff.
Cons: Online descriptions not nearly as accurate as they should be. Sometimes the call center staff were not as helpful as hoped.
A gentleman named Dave delivered the vehicle to me (I'm in Batavia, IL so not sure if he works at the Oak Brook location...). He was awesome, very friendly and informational. Explained everything necessary and made the whole delivery experience very enjoyable... on a rainy, cold day none the less!

I will never go to a dealer again! Being able to complete everything online saves SO MUCH time. I chose to pick the Rogue up rather than have it delivered. That was fast as well. Met with Romeo in Chicago IL. 15 minutes later all done!! Thank you for not only a great vehicle, but also for such a smooth and fast transaction.

The process of buying a new car and trading in my old car was really good. The post-pickup experience left a bit to be desired. When leaving the Carvana kiosk in Oak Brook, IL the person i worked with said he'd call me back in the next 24 hrs as we still had some unresolved items (i never had a front license plate mounted to my car - this is law in IL.) Also, he was going to check on the status of my all weather floor mats (weren't in the car at the time of purchase.) HE NEVER CALLED. I called Carvana customer service twice after this point and had to wait roughly 20 minutes each time. I finally got a call back and was told they would ship the front license plate to my house but that I would need to mount it myself. Very odd. As for the floor mats the answer was "if they weren't present at the time of when Carvana bought the car then they won't deliver them to a buyer." WHILE MOSTLY HAPPY WITH THE PURCHASE, I HAVE SOMEWHAT MIXED FEELINGS ABOUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
