The first Jeep that was delivered had a leak, should have been found on carvanas inspection. The Jeep spent 10 days in the shop waiting on parts. Had to get our 7 day trial extended, that was an experience in its self. Picked up the Jeep to find another's issue with it. Returned the Jeep to get another Jeep Wrangler. The delivery was delayed for 10 more days. So I had the first Jeep Wrangler for almost 3 weeks that I could not drive it for maintenance issues. We now have our new Jeep Wrangler and are happy with it, just not how long it took for everything else. We felt like we were just another number. The employees in Louisville, KY are great and very friendly.

The purchase was clear and concise. The browsing was simple and images are very clear. The only problem that I had was delivery. The Oaks was running in Louisville, KY and a bunch of their drivers called in or didn't show up for work. I pushed my appointment to this date, so they knew for a little over a month that this was the delivery date. In order for me to get my car on this date I had to go to their vending machine (which is very cool). They did, however, pay for my Uber. The office experience was awesome. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable...they walk you through everything! If you're wanting to go to their vending machine...you'll have an amazing experience (thanks Jennifer). If you're wanting to have it delivered...pick a day that there is nothing going on...because you're going to end up in an Uber or taking a ride with friends or family. This is the new way to buy a car...and I love it!

Look I read reviews, some happy some not, i will tell you they had the low mileage car i wanted, gave me great trade in value and never failed to hit a deadline (that was in there control) couple shipping snags but we were kept up to date, they were always courteous and professional. Start to finish the smoothest transaction ever- no stress, no pressure. Some would say you paid a little more, i searched all the US for a better deal, yea a dealer 500 miles away had a similar vehicle for a few hundred dollars less, but the trade in they offered was 3k off and the dealer fees, $870 for paperwork. No No No, carvana is all inclusive no haggle! Carvana hands down best deal I could come up with and, No hassles. Had my title 2 days after the free return week, transfer done sales tax check refund day 10 (i had to pay tax then wait on a refund check due to out of state sale etc) Don't kniow, whats up in other locations but Louisville KY carvana is the real deal.

I honestly could not believe how simple the entire process was, and pick-up was the easiest part. I picked up from the location in Louisville, KY and the associate was incredibly kind, friendly, and adamantly followed Covid19 protocols regarding distance and cleaning. Every thing was ready to go and the entire interaction from walking in the door until keys were in my hand was maybe 20 minutes. There was no also rush of any kind while I inspected the vehicle and took it for a test drive. Carvana was made for our current environment and other dealers are failing to keep up!

Lack of communication within the organization, no one has information and no one can make a decision! My pickup date was rescheduled 3 times over a cracked windshield. I live 5 hours to the closest vending machine rented a car twice to go pick up Sept 5th and Sept 12th, on the day of pickup each time I get a call 2 1/2 hours into my trip informing me windshield was not replaced, and needed to reschedule pickup to late to return the rental. I lost wages by taking off work approximately $1000 + $300 for the rental car. Hannah and the people at the Louisville KY vending machine, are awesome and literally saved this sale. Not sure I will ever purchase from you again, and not sure I can risk referring my friends or family!

The entire process was not only easy, but fun. Every contact with your staff was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, however, one associate did stand out. I would like to recognize Ky, at the Greensboro NC vending machine. What an amazing ambassador you have in this amazing young woman. I don't think you'll find a more professional, more capable representative for your brand. She turned what would have been a very basic task of picking up a car into something exciting and amazing. She explained everything that was happening in detail and even made a video for us. I am so glad I chose Carvana!

We loved the selection at Carvana and had been looking for a Toyota Rav 4 for a few months. Carvana was always the company we were considering. When we decided a great Rav 4 with low milage appeared and we purchased it. The entire process from speaking to several team members along the way was very friendly and professional. We loved it. The longest I spent was the purchase and the finance person had to call my bank to verify funds. The gentleman who delivered the vehicle was very related and funny and we knew after buying it and test driving it for less than one mile, the car was for us.
