I am certain that the next car I buy will be from Carvana! It was such a pleasant and fun experience selecting and purchasing a car from Carvana's web site... It was very user friendly (allowing the user to select the specific amenities, features, and price point of their desired car), and it walked me through the entire purchasing process step-by-step, with no pressure to purchase. They bring your car right to your house! The delivery guy Sebastian was very helpful and pleasant, and texted me the day of delivery a couple times to update me on the arrival time of the vehicle. I really appreciated Carvana's diligence in communicating with me at various times during the purchase process to let me know what to expect. What made the whole process even better was when the vehicle was delivered I discovered that I would not need to go to the BMV to register and get plates for the vehicle - Carvana was already taking care of this as well! I highly recommend Carvana for your next automobile purchase!
