Look I read reviews, some happy some not, i will tell you they had the low mileage car i wanted, gave me great trade in value and never failed to hit a deadline (that was in there control) couple shipping snags but we were kept up to date, they were always courteous and professional. Start to finish the smoothest transaction ever- no stress, no pressure. Some would say you paid a little more, i searched all the US for a better deal, yea a dealer 500 miles away had a similar vehicle for a few hundred dollars less, but the trade in they offered was 3k off and the dealer fees, $870 for paperwork. No No No, carvana is all inclusive no haggle!Carvana hands down best deal I could come up with and, No hassles. Had my title 2 days after the free return week, transfer done sales tax check refund day 10 (i had to pay tax then wait on a refund check due to out of state sale etc)Don't kniow, whats up in other locations but Louisville KY carvana is the real deal.

We had a great experience our first time using Carvana so tried a second car.  This one was delayed 4 times for delivery.  Then we discovered a mechanical issue that was not easy to get repaired at one of their designated facilities on day 7 of a 7 day return policy.  Love our care though and delivery experience was great.

Carvana's 150 point inspection is near useless. It missed a leaking power steering rack and leaking strut, totaling $4k in repairs. Thankfully the limited warranty is covering it however it's not the best feeling to start car ownership with a warranty claim as we couldn't even drive it for a few weeks after buying. Everybody we spoke to was professional and helpful, but their inspection process needs revamped as these were large obvious leaks and we likely would not have chose to start the purchase process had Carvana not lied during the 150 point inspection.  In the future, we will just return the vehicle instead and avoid all of the headache.  I'd recommend Carvana to a friend but will clearly inform them of the pitfall that is their inspection report.

literally did the whole car buying purchase thru my iPhone from the search, appraisal, trade in, paperwork, short phone call and final pick up instructions. Previously bought from a dealership and carmax before this process was super quick and efficient with all the digital signatures and online streamlined ease of use. The app is extremely user friendly and didn't show any bugs on my phone.

After selling a car to Carvana, I was amazed at the efficiency and ease of the process. When shopping for a newer vehicle, Carvana had the inventory, in fact, they had a low mileage diamond amongst higher mileage models of the same car. The waiting time for delivery was a challenge due to my search for financing. Every time there was any change in the terms that Carvana originated, caused a few more days delay in delivery. However, one I had agreed to Carvana's APR, which I thought was a bit too high, the delivery was back on track, and due to inclement weather on the actual delivery date, I offered to pick up the vehicle two days prior, which was easy and swift. My 'buyer's advocate' was very helpful and professional, although his name was not provided in the paperwork, I would give the guy ample props.
