Loved buying my car online. Bought car Tuesday, young man delivered on Wednesday at @2pm and I was so excited I hugged him. did a little paper work and he took car down from truck. I got the color I was looking for and a 2021 Toyota Hubrid and I just love it. Also received a bouquet of Gerber daisies one of my favorites and I hugged him again. So picked up mom next morning & drove to Columbus GA to visit one of my daughters. Car drove wonderfully just love it.. And even though my son works for a car dealership, he helped me get to site of CARVANA and the rest is history.

2014 Toyota Prius Plug-in

I got my car for work as a uber driver. Great car so far but there's one big problem with the paper work. They give you a Georgia temporary plate/registration. If you're in any other state besides GA then this is a problem. I'm past the 7 day trial but the car is still currently parked on the side of the road until I get permanent CA plates. If this was my only car I would be out of a job because of this. There is no solution around this problem. I tried and paid for the registration out of pocket and got a TOP from CA and it's not a qualified document. Carvana doesn't offer any accommodations for a solution for this problem either. If you're an uber driver and this is going to be your only primary car maybe look elsewhere. Otherwise this is a great and easy solution for purchasing a car.
Funny thing, I bought a car 2 years ago and returned it. It was a total nightmare situation. They're lucky I came back and they still managed to botch this. I love the car but this will be my last time purchasing from them.

2018 Ford F-150
Some things were straightforward; others, not so much. All of the coordination prior to delivery day went smooth. The 'promised' delivery didn't happen due to staffing and I didn't find out until 30 min prior to the scheduled delivery time. Carvana paid for an Uber, but the trip to the delivery point and back took 45 mins each way plus test drive and processing time. I had planned to depart out of state the day of delivery so was late getting on the road. While away, I was informed that the 'we will handle the entire registration process' situation wasn't being handled as Carvana failed to obtain the required VA emissions testing. So then started the daily (sometimes multiple times a day) texts and emails about missing documents. Well, since it's difficult to get a VA inspection when not in VA, I was unable to get the documentation for almost two weeks after pick-up. By that time, having received multiple notifications, I had called Carvana to explain the situation and was told that VA offers a temp tag extension (no mention of this was volunteered by Carvana until I called) to the issued GA temp tags the vehicle arrived with. Eventually Carvana issued a 24-hr notification of legal action (the day my emissions test results were submitted) etc. In my opinion, when they said they would take care of the registration that meant they would obtain all the required inspections as well, which did not happen. I have requested to be reimbursed for the inspection cost but haven't yet seen the funds returned. Carvana also states they will return any overage for title/registration costs but I won't know whether that's true until they provide the itemized costs compared to what they charged and any difference is returned.
I also do not have the factory-set keyless door lock code to initialize my own personal code. I feel Carvana should have provided the code as part of the resale vs making me have to go to a Ford dealer to get it afterward. Maybe it's a security thing, but if that's the case, they could provide it once the sale is final.
The vehicle was clean upon pick-up, they gave it to me for a test drive without any issues, and the processing was fairly straightforward. The paperwork had missing annotations that I commented on when asked to sign an incomplete form; I feel Carvana can easily update their process to not have blank information on legal documents (insurance provider, garaged location, etc) before asking their customers for a signature.
The vehicle was as advertised, included the fuel funnel and owners manual, and has been trouble free since I took possession. Overall, not a bad experience with Carvana, I just feel like they can up their game a bit by paying a little more attention to the customer service details that would make the process a little nicer.

The Atlanta, GA location did a great job with my car transaction. They were friendly, explained everything thoroughly, and even gave me a Carvana coin as a souvenir. Thank you for helping me with my new car!!

2015 Toyota Avalon
The hassle free car selection and no strings attached top dollar for my trade in was impressive. Thought it would be a great idea to pick up from the Carvana vending machine in downtown Atlanta- not so much. Thought an advocate would greet me for the pickup appointment @ 1:30 pm. That didn't happen. In fact, they were disorganized that it took about 3 hours after my asking multiple representatives for my car that I got my car. Other than that, the 2015 Avalon was clean, well maintained and it great shape. During my 7 day trial. I had it checked and fixed a couple of maintenance items. Would have give 5 stars but couldn't because of the pick up experience. Had to wait but save $400 delivery fee.

We were able to go to the car vending machine in Atlanta to pick up our car. What fun! I highly recommend the experience. Oh, and the car is good, too.

2018 Mercedes-Benz E-Class
Overall good experience, the car advocate that delivered my car was awesome! Car was damaged while being transported from Ga to Pa and the break warning lights came on but both are being paid for by SilverRock. My only concern is that my tag from the old car won't be transferred to the new car and it must.

I never thought I would purchase a vehicle online but Carvana made it so easy to do. I found the car I wanted and before I knew I had it purchased. The whole experience has been wonderful! Very good at keeping me informed and wonderful customer service! Our car delivery was very smooth and the deliverer was so nice I believe her name was Chantelle? out of Columbus, Ga. she was very personable and so easy to talk to. She answered all of our questions and was just so sweet! Would highly recommend to others to give Carvana a try when looking for a new vehicle.

Shoot - looks like I won't have enough space to detail the myriad of ways that Carvana needs to improve. If you truly want feedback, then don't limit our review space.
#1 spell check - "lien holder" not "leon holder" - twice!
#2 become a legit CA used car seller - you wasted a couple hours of my 3rd party lender's time as you are sadly still using your GA seller license to transact in CA
#3 integrate better with 3rd party lenders, or is the goal to anger/annoy other lenders so much that people will use your (100-150 basis points higher) in-house lending option?
#4 don't list an item on your 150 point checklist that you aren't upholding (which will now cost me ~$600) - and offer nothing when brought to your attention, multiple times
#5 rebuild your website to recognize that people often buy vehicles as a Joint buyer situation (husband/wife), and don't just pass off a spouse to a contract "Addendum" which was a nightmare for our lender to get past the underwriter
#6 your unnecessary 11-day delivery delay resulted in receiving the vehicle now just past the original dealer warranty window - a fact you knew and shrugged off - so now I don't get to have the dealer perform free maintenance under warranty
#7 your referral program is only within TX?! but of course you want us to advertise you for free, as you slap a Carvana license plate frame on, expecting us to be promoters
#8 no mention in the FAQ, or on any documentation we signed, that when selling you our car, we can add a max 1000 miles before the offer price changes
#9 ramp up number of employees answering phones - shouldn't have to wait 30 minutes on hold, 4 times, during the purchase process
#10 webmaster: add some question mark mouse hover-overs on your Upload docs page, letting people know what file types are allowed (instead of getting a user-unfriendly "Error" message with no reason) or allow more file types, like PDF
