Used Cars with Smart Cruise Control

I bought a 2015 Toyota Yaris from Carvana about a month ago. I loved the car however, there were some major drawbacks. When I purchased the car it said in the car features that it had keyless entry and cruise control. However, when we received the car it didn't come with either of these features. If you live closer to Carvana's headquarters, you could just trade in the car but since I am from Oregon I didn't want to pay for the shipping to send the car back. They also forgot to mail me my delivery packet with the registration papers and temporary license. They sent the packet overnight and emailed me a copy of the temporary license so that I could start driving the car. I called Carvana about the keyless entry and cruise control and they apologized for the miss-annotation and offered a discounted price of $250 dollars for the cruise control(which I have yet to receive). They told me to take the car into a dealership to ask for a key fob. When I took it into a Toyota dealership they informed me that they couldn't add Toyota's keyless entry because it didn't originally come with it. So again I called Carvana. They told me to take it to Best Buy and have their car experts install a keyless entry system in it and they would tell the credit card information over the phone. So we went to Best Buy but they don't take credit card information over the phone. So again I had to call Carvana. They told me that if I purchased the system that they would reimburse me. I agreed and I got the keyless entry system installed(I just barely received the reimbursement today). Overall it was a pretty big hassle but we do love our car and didn't have to deal with any dealerships which was nice.

I would definitely recommend Carvana to anyone looking for a great condition quality vehicle. The whole process was very easy and the delivery was right on time. The only negative I would say is that the information on the website for my vehicle said it had keyless entry, power windows, cruise control, and Sirius XM radio. It doesn't have any of those things but other than that was a great experience so far!

I'm a big techie so I wasn't worried about buying a car online that would be delivered. I was impressed by much detail they had on their site, including scratches. The customer advocates all had top notch customer service skills. However Carvana misrepresented the features on the car. This vehicle showed up on my search because of a key feature I wanted, adaptive cruise control. However after getting the car home I learned that it doesn't have the feature I scoured the country for.

I love my 2014 Kia Soul. It's the 2014 base model but has features most base models don't. Cruise control, bluetooth, digital dash with outside temp., avg. MPG, fuel window by miles remaining, etc.. It's like new, has low miles at 35K. I read some reviews about the Soul base models 1.6L engine, that it was sluggish or lacking power, I find this not to be true. I think some peoples reviews are too picky, it's not a dodge charger with a hemi but it has more than enough power for any normal driver. There are a couple of barely noticeable blemishes but this is expected from a three year old vehicle. The process was much easier than dealing with a dealer or individual seller. I have a credit score in the low to mid 600s due to some past student loan issues but was able to get financed through Carvana, not the most desirable rate, but a rate expected for someone rebuilding their credit; the local Credit union wouldn't give me financing so I was thrilled when Carvana did. The car drives like new and to my surprise, the Soul has a ton of room for a guy 6-2, 265lbs. The delivery guy was cool and the vehicle was delivered three business days after I purchased it. I saved a lot of money. I did my research and local dealers are charging around $1k more for this vehicle plus you have to pay their dealer fees and deal with the bs games they play (aggravating). I also saved $500 from a friend referral, so I saved around $2K. I would highly recommend Carvana.

I bought my Mini Cooper about a week ago and the experience couldn't have been better. I just finished my first 200 mile road trip and it was amazing. I'm truly thankful that carvana exists because it would have taken me probably another year to purchase a car like this from any other retainer or dealership. I'd recommend you guys to anyone that has tried traditional dealerships and simple rather not go that route when purchasing their next car. Financing was so simple. I got a great vehicle with low miles, a lot newer than anything I've ever owned before and full of surprises that I didn't even know it had until delivery. I wasn't aware it had a sport mode or economy mode that allowed me to get 40 miles per gallon with cruise control on. It also has ambient lighting which looks so good at night. I'm truly over the moon with the car and everything they said about it through Carfax was true. I took it to get it serviced but the only thing it needed was an oil change. I'm so so happy I pulled the trigger and took a chance with you guys. When im ready to trade up I'll definitely make carvana my first stop

Truck delivering to center broke down and my truck was no delivered in time. I picked my truck up at center and was promised $25 a day that my truck was late and I was never given that $75. Truck is dirty entire bottom is covered in dirt as is the gasket between the bed and cab, engine is covered in dust, ventilated seats and cruise control don't work, maybe these items aren't part of the 150 point check?

We have had our new car for 8 days now and are very pleased with the purchase from Carvana. It was an excellent experience and I'm really glad to say that it worked well for us. We did have one slight problem in the first car that was sent out It did not have cruise control which was supposed to be on the car. We were really disappointed that we had send it back. The Carvana rep was very nice and understanding. Another car was found and we're excited to say that this one worked out. I would suggest that you make sure the cars have the specifications as listed before you accept delivery. In our experience we looked for the cruise control in the pictures of the car to confirm it was there before we ordered the second car. Everyone we met (or talked to) was courteous and helpful.

The process was sorta easy but being self employed made it a bit more difficult. After the approval it was hard to find a car in my price range, that I was approved for and the payment. 232 a month total with tagged 9800 vw jetta 48k miles on it. Every car in that range was not as good or to small. And was miss quoted on many of the features, be sure to make sure you have those features you want like cruise control, my featured said it but didnt have it., like the cruise control. But I will give carvana some credit they offered me things to make up for the very large short comings that was miss quoted. The car has some issues but they offered to fix it so that's a plus, and the carvana warranty will cost me only 50 bucks to fix it , I guess that's weird because if the car needs fixing why charge the deduction to the customer for a car just purchased to fix it. But All in all it wasn't to bad I love the car is semi close to what I wanted minus some important features, and the color is spot on inside and out of what I wanted. And carvana made the care smell like new so big props for that, that's a huge thing, 7 days lateer my car still smells good like a brand new car. Hope this review helps you out.

All of the purchase procedures were easy to follow. I was however reluctant to go through completely with the financing since I have been turned down so often in the past with multiple credit pulls from dealers. I was approved with the terms that I chose. The car was delivered on time in spite of the bad ice and snow from a few days earlier. I was familiar with the vehicle's operation so, the delivery driver only went over a few features with me such and making sure the remote starting system worked.I took it for a test drive and decided to keep the car. All the paperwork was signed and processes for the test period was explained to me. The only feature the car does not have that I like is adaptive cruise control but it does not have it and I cannot find the same year, make and model with that feature but I can live without it. I was excited to get it and I have found no problems with the car at all. Payments are easy to apply online with the Carvana copilot app. I am so very tired of dealing with finance managers having to up sell items onto the loan that are not necessary and stating that the lender has to have them on the loan.
