As the title of this review indicates, we are very satisfied with our recent purchase of a 2013 Honda EX-L Civic. The web site was very easy to use, financing easy to accomplish, and the delivery team was very professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend Carvana to others for a pre-owned car purchase. The primary reason for our less than 100 percent satisfaction had to do with a feature that my wife really wanted in the vehicle: a power driver seat. The photos on the web site did not have a view that showed the LH side of the driver seat to have answered this question. From our prior research, generally the EX-L (leather) models do have a power driver seat. When I first ordered the car, I sent an email, from the Carvana site, inquiring as if the car included this feature. The web site specifications for the vehicle did NOT indicate the presence of this feature, so it was our mistake to assume it might be present I did not receive a follow up response to my email. Likely we would have selected another vehicle. That being said, we very much appreciated the seven day evaluation period and overall like the vehicle very much. One other comment: As a senior citizen, concerned about the ecology of the earth, I could do without the bobblehead toy that came with the gift package...... just more land fill (I would be glad to return so that it can be better used). I very much appreciated the $25 gift card that came with the documents...... it will provide my first tank of gas!!!!!
