- Ilja M.JAN 22, 20142012 Mazda Mazda6Alpharetta, GAI bought a 2012 Mazda 6 from Carvana last week and my experience was exceptional with just a few minor hiccups. - I have started the process at the bar on my cell phone and, although the mobile version of the site still lacks a few features, such as full search filters and defects highlight in the 360 views, I was able to narrow down on the car I was looking for - I've got as far in the purchasing process on my phone as taking a photo of my driver's license and uploading it to Carvana, this gave me another 24 hours to complete the transaction at home next day and discuss it with the family - Next day I have shown my car and corresponding truecar/edmunds prices to my family, we all really liked the fact that we are getting a 1.5-year model with everything we were looking for at an affordable price and can spare 3-4-hour pre-owned car price negotiation at a traditional dealer - I also really liked all the transparency with the pricing and the fact, that Carvana only got 3 simple lines into the contract - price, tax and $88 registration fee - I did not have any trade-in, so can't comment on this - Financing option with Carvana was a breeze, I was able to find the right deal for me while still on my phone during the first phase of purchase - So, I was ready to check the car out, but had to drive to New Orleans (from Atlanta) for 3 days for a Dave Matthews and Tim Reynolds concert and chose the car to be delivered to my home a few days later - No questioned asked, no pushy salesmen on my back to try to close the sale before my trip - truly appreciated! - A little detour, I was looking for an affordable sedan about 2-4 years old, under 15k, with decent looks, nice drive and Bluetooth hands-free and audio - Saturday, about 1 hour before the delivery time, I get a call from carvana that they are about to deliver the car in 40 minutes - great accuracy, considering all Atlanta traffic :) - Get the car, inspect it, go for a drive, like it, but there are some strange DSC lights, that remain on the dash, made me really worried - I'm saying, that I love the car and drive, but can't accept it with the dash lights making a Christmas tree on me - The guy is really trying to help and turns the car off and on and it looks like the dash is happy now, may be the car didn't quite liked to be strapped at the wrong time? - I'm deciding to give it a 7-day proper test, at this point - First things first, delete old Bluetooth pairings and connect my Nexus 4; Took me 2 attempts to make it work w/o reading the manual - really good in my book - OK, my phone can have hands-free, stream music from Google play, Bitcasa, Pandora and MOG - I can also have navigation running at the same time as Bluetooth music and it'd lower the music volume for me when navigation instructions are there - OK, enough about my car, let's get some of the other important items - My car came with a $10 quarter pack for possible toll booths - When it came to refilling the car, I have found a $25 Visa gift card taped to the gas intake, cool!Read More4.7 OUT OF 5

Hands down the best way to buy are car and I will be telling everyone I know. That being said there were a few things that bug me. 5 min into my first drive and the "oil change" light flipped on. Was this the first time or when carvana did the check up was this noted? I also have no antenna. When I picked up the car I figured the nub was one of those low profile ones but once out of the city I lost all radio. While none of this is really a big deal something for readers to check before driving off the lot. Again Carvana is awesome and I recommend giving them a shot.Read More4.3 OUT OF 5

The customer service was great and the guy that brought me the car was very nice and helpful and the transaction was really quick. The car was also in great condition and they had just replaced the rims because there was some chipping on the original rims. With that being said, there were a couple drawbacks as well. Due to the issue with the rims, my initial delivery was delayed twice for a little over two weeks. It was a little frustrating as I didn't really understand why that issue wasn't noticed earlier. Another small issue I had was that online the car was shown as an XLE but when it arrived it was only an SE. That could have been a deal breaker, but I liked the car and although I would have preferred at least the XSE, I didn't want to keep looking for a car. Lastly, and somewhat related to the above issue is that the view of the car is great, but there isn't a lot of information on car features such as rear view camera, heated seats, etc. that is reliable so you are kind of surprised when the car shows up and it doesn't have some of the features you were hoping for. For an online dealer I think this is very important. In the end, I was happy with the car I got and would definitely try it again, albeit with a little more caution this time.Read More4.7 OUT OF 5

Everyone I talked to was very helpful and walked me through the whole process. Delivery was on my birthday, which they noticed and brought me cupcakes and balloons... No dealership would ever do that! So personable and fun! During delivery we noticed there were no heated seats in the vehicle as the site said there were, so they just gave us a credit instead, which was great. They even send you a handwritten thank you card after buying- again, so personable! I would recommend this to anyone and everyone!Read More5.0 OUT OF 5

Yes, a computer would have been easier but it can be done via cell phone. As mentioned in previous commnets, it appears features listed for some vechicles sometimes are there when you don't expect them and sometimes missing when they stated the car contained the feature. I had the latter experience. My car clearly stated it had heated seats. When I was driving it back home after picking it up at the vending machine I noticed it did not in fact have them. I called Carvana and told them this fact. At first they stated a "3rd party" is responsible for the feature listing. I immediately conveyed that was not a satisfactory response, and Carvana moved quickly to remedy my issue (I bought a convertable so heated seats are a nice feature). When someone is buying a car online they need to at least have the feature part correct. Carvana did not act immediately on my sitaution which was great. They actually had a meeting to discuss options they could take to satisfy me. At first i thought they would lower the cost of the car or send me a check, but they decided to pick my car back up and install heated seats while lending me another car. It was above and beyond my expectations. All of their paperwork (tag, title, etc.) is put together well. I am glad to give them a 5 star rating. I was able to purchase a better car with a better interest rate with more extra features (leather, heated seats, back up camera, blue tooth, etc.) then I thought I would be able to afford. I chatted online with the incredible service reps and called in to talk to them a couple of times to finalize things. The car was delivered to my home and they patiently waiting while we took it on about an hour test drive. All the paperwork was completed on a tablet while sitting in my new car. SO EASY! Everyone that encountered my buying experience (family and co-workers) said they will buy their next car with Carvana. Plus they gave me referral cars, so my family and friend can get an extra $500 off their car purchase! I ended up getting the perfect car for about $3500 BELOW blue book value.
