I bought a 2012 Mazda 6 from Carvana last week and my experience was exceptional with just a few minor hiccups. - I have started the process at the bar on my cell phone and, although the mobile version of the site still lacks a few features, such as full search filters and defects highlight in the 360 views, I was able to narrow down on the car I was looking for - I've got as far in the purchasing process on my phone as taking a photo of my driver's license and uploading it to Carvana, this gave me another 24 hours to complete the transaction at home next day and discuss it with the family - Next day I have shown my car and corresponding truecar/edmunds prices to my family, we all really liked the fact that we are getting a 1.5-year model with everything we were looking for at an affordable price and can spare 3-4-hour pre-owned car price negotiation at a traditional dealer - I also really liked all the transparency with the pricing and the fact, that Carvana only got 3 simple lines into the contract - price, tax and $88 registration fee - I did not have any trade-in, so can't comment on this - Financing option with Carvana was a breeze, I was able to find the right deal for me while still on my phone during the first phase of purchase - So, I was ready to check the car out, but had to drive to New Orleans (from Atlanta) for 3 days for a Dave Matthews and Tim Reynolds concert and chose the car to be delivered to my home a few days later - No questioned asked, no pushy salesmen on my back to try to close the sale before my trip - truly appreciated! - A little detour, I was looking for an affordable sedan about 2-4 years old, under 15k, with decent looks, nice drive and Bluetooth hands-free and audio - Saturday, about 1 hour before the delivery time, I get a call from carvana that they are about to deliver the car in 40 minutes - great accuracy, considering all Atlanta traffic :) - Get the car, inspect it, go for a drive, like it, but there are some strange DSC lights, that remain on the dash, made me really worried - I'm saying, that I love the car and drive, but can't accept it with the dash lights making a Christmas tree on me - The guy is really trying to help and turns the car off and on and it looks like the dash is happy now, may be the car didn't quite liked to be strapped at the wrong time? - I'm deciding to give it a 7-day proper test, at this point - First things first, delete old Bluetooth pairings and connect my Nexus 4; Took me 2 attempts to make it work w/o reading the manual - really good in my book - OK, my phone can have hands-free, stream music from Google play, Bitcasa, Pandora and MOG - I can also have navigation running at the same time as Bluetooth music and it'd lower the music volume for me when navigation instructions are there - OK, enough about my car, let's get some of the other important items - My car came with a $10 quarter pack for possible toll booths - When it came to refilling the car, I have found a $25 Visa gift card taped to the gas intake, cool!

What a wonderful, awesome, incredible, easy, stress-free, hands-off, state-of-the-art, personable way to buy a car - I LOVE CARVANA .. and I love my new 2013 Buick Regal!

So I just drove home my Fiat 500 yesterday and I like it a lot. Carvana made the whole car buying easy and hassle free. Hands down the best way to buy are car and I will be telling everyone I know. That being said there were a few things that bug me. 5 min into my first drive and the "oil change" light flipped on. Was this the first time or when carvana did the check up was this noted? I also have no antenna. When I picked up the car I figured the nub was one of those low profile ones but once out of the city I lost all radio. While none of this is really a big deal something for readers to check before driving off the lot. Again Carvana is awesome and I recommend giving them a shot.

I love my new Honda!! The Bluetooth feature is awesome and makes it really easy to talk hands free. Carvana was so helpful from beginning to end.

The process is a good one! If you have a trade which still has a loan, be sure to understand what it takes to get a payoff in writing from your financial institution. It was hands free other than tracking down the Payoff letter.

Overall Im pleased with my purchase and will be keeping the car. I will likely buy from Carvana again in the future. However, there are a few things I will keep in mind for the future. 1.) I wish Carvana would do a better job at listing features of the car in the vehicles description. There were at least a handful of additional features that were not listed. You might think ,"Why are you complaining about getting EXTRA features like auto windshield wipers and auto lights?!?". Well one of the extra features was a glass rooftop called a "panoramic" roof. I live it South Texas where it gets hot as ****! So I was purposfully looking for a model without this feature. But its ok, im making it work out by placing reflective mylar in the opening to reflect the sun. 2.) There were some additional scratches and scrapes on the bodywork not listed in the "virtual walk around". There is also a ton of micro chips in the glass roof from hail. Thankfully, i purchased the cheapest car $6250 for the simple purpose of having a commuter car for the weekends. So Im not super picky and will deal with these things. But If I was buying a more exspensive vehicle I would deffinately have returned the car. These things are far outweighed by the pleasant buying process and friendly Carvana employees. You can really tell they are trying hard to be easy going and fun to talk to. Never once have I felt like a sales person is treating me like a mark. I forsee the Carvana website improving with time as well as their inventory widening. They have a somewhat limited selection of trucks and all electric vehicles. It would be nice to see some newer models available as well. I was looking to buy a 2016 model in 2017 but none were available so i had to go with an older generation of the car I wanted. All in all, I look forward to doing business with Carvana again.

I've been looking for a commuter car, that is good on mileage. This little Fiat 500e fits the bill great. All electric, and the buying process couldn't have been easier. All online until I met Josh when he delivered the Fiat.

The car is great! Carvana needs some improvement. I added 3 similar 2014 Chevy Volts to my "garage" and after about a week I went through the steps to purchase it but stopped where it asked me to upload a scan of my insurance and driver license. The car was not exactly what I wanted so I stopped the process for another week then found the perfect car on 10-9-16 and continued with the purchase all the way through. I spoke to Carvana several times for about a week and the car was scheduled to be delivered on Saturday 10-15-16. Since the Chevy Volt is an electric car with a range extending gasoline generator I asked if the battery would be fully charged and both advocates that I talked to said they would request that in my account notes. About 3 days before the delivery my credit union contacted me with the loan information that I was to e-sign online but when I read the VIN I saw that it was the other car that I never finished the process with and what was really weird is that my loan officer setup the loan for BOTH cars! I was finally able to get the loan setup for the right car and everything seem good at that point. On Saturday morning about 3 hours before my car was to be delivered, I called Carvana to make sure the battery was charged and I wanted to know the status of the car. She told me that ALL electric cars at Carvana get a full charge then she put me on hold to try and find the driver delivering my car which she was not able to do. About an hour later and 30 minutes before the car was scheduled to be delivered I received a call from the driver. He told me he was just a few miles away and could be at my house soon. He arrived right on time and the car looked great! What was not so great was that the battery was almost empty. He apologized for this blaming it on someone else. I was in the process of installing a Level 2 charger anyway so it was no big deal and I knew I could use the included slow 120 VAC charger in the meantime. The test drive was great and the driver loaded up my trade in and we filled out paperwork. After he left, I went to charge the car using the slow charger but the ground plug was bent and broke off when I tried to plug it in. I found out the car with not accept a charge from an ungrounded charging cable so I had to use the car on generator power until I setup my Level 2 charger. Once that was working I charged the car in 4 hours and enjoyed driving it in pure electric mode for almost 40 miles. The only other complaint I have is the condition of the inside of the vehicle. It was not cleaned very well and the inside of the windshield and all windows with foggy looking from not being clean. I was able to clean them myself but when you pay $17K for a used car from a dealer, you expect it to be clean. The last call to Carvana they told me to take the broken charger to the nearest Chevy dealer and let them decide if it is covered under warranty. I my self could easily repair the cable but I should not have to so I am going to let Carvana figured out what to do next.

Bought my 2015 Nissan Leaf 10 days ago. Overall, it was a very good buying experience. There were some process differences between what the website stated and what customer service stated when I spoke with them. Nothing too bad, but it caused me to make some extra calls to customer service. Customer service was always great --very helpful, good attitude, and always cheerful. If you stay in close contact with customer service during the purchase process, everything will go pretty smoothly. One thing to note... the customer service team should not encourage people to go see the vending machine in Atlanta. It doesn't exist yet. :-) No worries, though...the delivery facility is clean and it worked out just fine. Regarding the delivery, two things: First, they had the wrong vehicle waiting for me. It looked exactly like the model I purchased, but I noticed that the VIN did not match my paperwork...oops! Second, when they brought my car around, it was not fully charged (electric car). Fortunately, it was Sunday and Atlanta traffic was fairly light, so I was able to get home on a 44% charge. All in all, it was a positive experience. The car is great; the price was very fair; and there weren't any hidden fees and last-minute surprises.
