The car is very good, despite having a problem with the battery two days ago, I reported it to Carvana and they kindly paid for half the battery. As for the purchase process, it was a bit bureaucratic, and they took a while to analyze the documents. But otherwise, I recommend it. So far I'm satisfied with the purchase, it's only been 8 days since the car arrived. I want to commend the driver who came to leave the car, she was very friendly and I even commented that her hair matched my car, which is red. lol And she checked everything along with me.

First time buying a car online and I don't think I will go to a dealership ever again. It was fun searching through thousands of cars and narrowing it down to the one we wanted. It took about 15 min to line up our trade and we were paid a very reasonable amount. Purchasing the vehicle was fast and easy with no hidden fees and no pushy salesmen. Its also great to know that you can get a different vehicle if you didnt like the one you recieved. But when we received the vehicle it was in better shape than was showed online. The driver was awesome and I couldn't be happier with my vehicle. Overall I couldn't be happier with how this went.

Everything worked perfectly - on the computer, talking to a representative, the delivery process, and a fix under the warranty. The car was very clean, and had new tires and a tankful of gas. Took the car to a Volvo dealer which went over it carefully and found everything OK.

Finding a vehicle was easy. I was able to change my mind multiple times before the vehicle arrived. Delivery was seamless. The problem I had was once the vehicle arrived maintenance required light was on. Upholstery was damaged. Bumper had an extra scratch on it. The remedy carvana offered was for me to take it in and get estimates. I wanted a used car not a job. I'm sure you all would warranty the defects so that's not the issue. I reached out to carvana several times and asked if I could just be rebated instead of going in to have the damage repaired, as the delivery driver instructed me would be an option. There was no such option. I kept the vehicle because I like it. I will take it in to get the necessary estimates, but not satisfied with the process.

Process was fairly easy. Enjoyed shopping at home. My only concern/complaint was after driving vehicle on the 2nd day the oil light came on. Turns out the car was almost out of oil and I figured an oil change would have been handled prior to delivery.
