This is my first time purchasing a car like this, and I'll admit that it has been quite the experience. Since this is not your usual way of car shopping, I have to say that I was quite nervous during the entire process, however Carvana's staff has done a great job helping me out, without being pushy. If you're considering buying a car from your couch, then definitely explore what Carvana has to offer. The car of my choosing was deliver by Shaurice, and exactly as described (even up to the smallest signs of wear and tear). A minor issue was resolved quickly and covered by their 100 day warranty. The issue was fixed by the local Volkswagen dealer - they even complimented on the excellent warranty and how things were handled.

I am 54 years old and my three sons have dragged me kicking furiously into the 21st Century. My Carvana experience has been an eye opening look into the future that I would never have imagined. For such a new concept, Carvana has perhaps perfected the process of buying automobiles online to such a degree that I can offer no suggestions for improvement.
