Great experience! Found exactly what I wanted, great price and great customer service. A couple of small glitches were worked out quickly and easily. The car is immaculate, looks brand new. Love it!

I had done my research on what car I wanted & the details I thought important. A month out, started visiting Carvana every few days to see what it was offering. The "exact" car popped up & I took it as a sign. I did the paperwork online with Carvana-about 20 minutes. Three days later, got the delivery call & 3 days later, my "ideal" car arrived. After the final "paper"work, a total of 25 minutes, I had my keys & car!! Here's hoping the car is all great as the process was!! Yea!!

I am reminded of the Queen of Sheba's reaction to the wisdom of King Solomon and I quote, "I wasn't told the half". That is how I feel about my car buying experience at Carvana. It was amazing! All my fears were expelled. Carvelle was an amazing host. So professional, friendly, and seems to genuinely love what he do.

In General I am very impressed with Carvana, the online buying process is incredibly easy and convenient. Their customer service is great. The only reason I am not giving them 5 starts is because my car was not properly washed and cleaned when it was delivered, however when I called and complained they offered to reimburse me up to $100 to get it detailed. I also found out that the cabin air filter was not changed, they advertise "Certified Cars" and promised "premium Detail" , to me it was disappointing that my car was smelly and dirty. The first time I went to put gas on my car, I found a $25 gift card in the gas tank door, that was an amazing surprise and it shows how dedicated they are to provide excellence customer service. They Called and follow up on me, and not many days later I got my license plate, so obviously they are reliable enough to take care of all the paperwork. I honestly am not stepping into a car dealership ever again. Love Carvana!!

Kind of a mixed review here. love the concept, found the perfect car, bought it. delivery issues...4 separate delays actually, to the point that I cancelled the order. rec'd a call from an exec of the company, who explained the situation and we closed the deal....again. after that call, smooth sailing, and very happy with purchase and price.

I bought my car 3 days ago from Carvana and it has been great experience. Purchasing car has been so convenient and simple with Carvana and their customer service is always reachable within few seconds !

While I purchased my car only 6 days ago, it didn't take me very long to figure out that Carvana was the best choice for me personally. I'll admit, being that it is a newer company, I definitely had my reservations at first. However, I made sure to ask as many questions as necessary, as often as I needed to (eventually, they knew me by name haha), and I researched as much information as was available on Carvana before going through with my purchase. I'm very type-A and a first-time buyer, so I also had a lawyer review the financing contract for me to make sure everything was as it should be and took the car to get a full inspection right after it was delivered. Needless to say, everything checked out and I couldn't be more pleased with the process and the amazing customer service that I received. My Tiguan was priced lower than with any other dealer I found and had better mileage. Great deal, great financing rate, awesome customer service, hassle and pressure-free process-- the ultimate package. I've already begun recommending Carvana to family and friends who are looking to purchase in the near future and I hope that Carvana's sales model becomes the standard!   

Easy and quick online buying experience, super helpful customer advocates, and great support when you need it! I had some things go wrong in my buying experience but Carvana handled the whole thing like true professionals and I ended up returning the car. Because they had my back, supported me, and made me feel like family, I ended up buying another vehicle with them!

I was hesitant about the whole thing at first, but once I started the process things went extremely smooth. Financing was a breeze, no hassles and the only two calls I received were done by extremely courteous professional people. Carr arrived earlier than promised and was exactly as described on the pictures.
