I got my car delivered yesterday and I am absolutely in love!!! This has been the easiest car buying process of my life by far!!!

I never knew buying a car could be this easy! I was worried about purchasing a car before being able to actually look at the car but carvana made everything easy and was always available to answer any of my questions. Everyone I interacted with at carvana from customer service to the person who delivered my car was excellent and helpful. I absolutely love my new car and I'm so happy I decided to try carvana. I would recommend carvana to all my family and friends and I would definitely purchase another car from carvana.

After hearing so many positive things from people about their car buying experience from Carvana, my wife and I decided to check them out for ourselves. We were so shocked about how quick and easy the process was considering the last vehicle we purchased we spent over 5 hours at the dealership! I love how easy it was to upload the necessary documents and be done. I used a trade in and was satisfied with the amount offered for it. It was a neat experience to watch the Carvana truck pull up with our new car on it. The guy delivering the car was nice and friendly and showed up a little early after calling to let me know. Another great thing is that extra and higher payments to your account actually go towards your principal. After all that goodness, I did experience some annoyances. We received rain for multiple days after having the car. We noticed that the windshield wipers leave a large steak on the driver side making it hard to see out. They need to be replaced. While driving, the low tire pressure light went off. After checking the tire pressure, it's not low according to the chart on the car but the light has yet to go off. I know it's a used car but one would hope not to experience those things the first week of getting it considering the 150 point inspection. Would I recommend Carvana to anyone? Absolutely, but I would also strongly encourage them to check the car from top to bottom just to ensure everything is okay.

Amazing experience! Carvana's website made shopping for a car a complete breeze. The 360 degree photos of the cars are light years ahead of traditional dealership stock image photos. Their call center staff answered all of my questions AND they were pleasant! There were no hidden fees or prep costs added to the purchase as well. Plus the car cost less than any local sellers. I will be recommending Carvana to everyone I know. A++++++++++

My delivery was super botched! I had none of my paperwork that I needed. None of my contracts, my car was on a 1/4th of tank. It was an awful experience and on the 1st day my car stared making noises! Honestly if I didn't love the SECOND car they got me , I would've wanted a FULL refund! And to top it all of I just recieved an email saying they left out "words" on my contract

The car buying process was easy, and the 7 day return policy gave me plenty of time to decide if I wanted to keep the vehicle. Everyone was friendly, efficient, and did a great job of handling all my questions and concerns. I'd definitely buy another car from Carvana in the future.

I am still in the 7 day test drive period of my vehicle and it seems to be a good car but the car nor the experience are fully as advertised. First and foremost, when I did the credit simulator the interest rate they advertised for my credit score and income was about 7% less than what they offered. I spoke with a representative on the phone to do my transaction and the rep did not give me the correct information in regards to what documentation I would need and deadlines I had to have them in by so for the 2 days it took to get my vehicle (not a bad wait time to be fair) I kept receiving phone calls and emails stating I needed additional documents in less time or the vehicle delivery would be delayed. Upon delivery I was supposed to be allowed a test drive before the delivery person left the car in my hands and that was not done. The car was advertised to come with an usb port and it in fact DOES NOT and when I told the delivery person they said it can be added for an extra $250 (although it was a feature listed on the car throughout the process). Also the auxiliary port on the vehicle does not work so I have to take it into the shop for repair or replacement, thank god for the 100 day warranty that covers that. The car only listed 1 cosmetic imperfection on the cars hood but I came to find 8 additional imperfections including peeling paint due to a poor aftermarket paint job (confirmed by my mechanic) Also my friend who recently purchased multiple vehicles from Carvana received a $25 gift card each time (on one occasion 2 gift cards for that amount) but upon receiving my vehicle I only received 1 gift card for $10. But in the interest of fairness I will say the car drives good for now and that is all I can ask for (plus I traded in my vehicle and do not want to take a chance trading the car in for something with the same or worst issues).

Only been a week, but customer care has called and the loan company called both to check in to make sure I was happy with the car and the experience. First class service!

The employees are very nice and really appreciate your service , when I picked my car up it was sparkling & was so clean and the women Jessie that helped me was so friendly and kind she made sure the car was everything that I wanted . My experience was wonderful and would recommend anyone to get a car from there .
