I love the car! The drop off process was so seamless. Jason helped me a lot, explained everything clearly, and provided excellent customer service. There were some hiccups with the purchase process, because I was purchasing in full with help from my parents. The name on the bank account associated with the purchase was different from mine, so there were a few extra steps. While this added some difficulty, I realize it was in an effort to ensure complete security, which I can't help but appreciate. Additionally, every person I spoke to as we navigated the process was so friendly and helpful. They really made an effort to make it as easy as they could. I put off getting a new car for a long time because I dreaded having to deal with scummy sales people and a dealership. Carvana is the exact opposite of that. I can't imagine ever purchasing a car the traditional way after this. 10/10 recommend
