I bought a 2013 TDI at a fair price, with the knowledge that your folks looked it over thoroughly before buying it and, of course without leaving my living room. But here was the best part, by far - I didn't have any trust issues with your advocates as I certainly would have had if I'd gone the traditional route in buying a used car. The bottom line did not get jacked up. No last minute "fees" or other nonsense. There was certainly no hard sell and the car was clean and in the excellent shape the listing indicated.
Oh, well along in the process, a commitment I had to honor came up during the delivery window period and there was a possibility I would not be available to accept delivery of the vehicle. Your advocates, especially Erica Lichtsinn, informed the trucker, kept in touch with him, and kept me in touch. All in all, terrific experience.
