Admittedly, at first I was a bit skeptical because it seemed way to easy. Fortunately enough I made the jump to Carvanna and by far... This blows purchasing a vehicle out of an ordinary dealership out of the water. It's almost like the wheel, you scratch your head and wonder... "Why did this take so long to invent?" With Carvanna, the process is so seamless it is as if one were purchasing clothes online. From start to finish, both the website experience the vehicle delivery experience were unlike no other. At the end, the face to face experience with the gentleman that delivered the vehicle was amazing. He was very happy and polite. I could tell he loved his job and that the company treated him well. This also ensured that Carvanna would take care of me, their customer, as well.

I am generally more comfortable criticizing customer reps but your people didn't give me anything to nail them on. Everyone I dealt with was great. Professional, efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. They handled my questions with ease, got back to me when they said they would - the whole 9. I bought a 2013 TDI at a fair price, with the knowledge that your folks looked it over thoroughly before buying it and, of course without leaving my living room. But here was the best part, by far - I didn't have any trust issues with your advocates as I certainly would have had if I'd gone the traditional route in buying a used car. The bottom line did not get jacked up. No last minute "fees" or other nonsense. There was certainly no hard sell and the car was clean and in the excellent shape the listing indicated. Oh, well along in the process, a commitment I had to honor came up during the delivery window period and there was a possibility I would not be available to accept delivery of the vehicle. Your advocates, especially Erica Lichtsinn, informed the trucker, kept in touch with him, and kept me in touch. All in all, terrific experience.

They can do that because the car was just as I expected -- a couple scratches like they had highlighted -- and a nicely cleaned up car. It feels like new though it has over 34K miles on it.
