I was hesitant to use carvana initially but they were the only place that had the specific car that I was looking for. I called to see what carvana was all about and was immediately helped by a friendly advocate who explained the process. I decided to move forward and purchase the car. Within a few hours all documents were completed and my delivery date was scheduled. I had seen many negative reviews about delivery dates being postponed so I was nervous for the next part but I made sure that all my documents were in order and proof of funds were available to make sure there were no delays. They say of delivery, I received a call confirming my delivery time (they were actually able to come early). The car showed up right on time, freshly detailed. Upon inspection there were no flaws with the car that were not previously disclosed (minor rock chips on hood) so we signed the final paperwork and the car was mine. The whole process was surprisingly easy and every advocate I spoke with was incredibly friendly.

Buyer be aware and vigelant. I really was impressed with the Carvana process at the start; even recommended it to friends & family over Christmas holiday get togethers. It did get sideways come delivery and the post car pick-up process. There were numerous options listed on the info page for the car I bought that had been removed from the car. I did call twice to question the missing options, first call was handled horribly and the second was a tad nicer but it was made very very very clear Carvana is not responsible for "removable" options that are not actually on/in the vehicle. Carvana even has a "Notation" dept that makes certain to add a disclaimer in each car info page that states all options listed may not be included with the vehicle at time of purchase. Be aware when you inspect your potential car.
