Used 2015 Toyota Yaris

I bought a 2015 Toyota Yaris from Carvana about a month ago. I loved the car however, there were some major drawbacks. When I purchased the car it said in the car features that it had keyless entry and cruise control. However, when we received the car it didn't come with either of these features. If you live closer to Carvana's headquarters, you could just trade in the car but since I am from Oregon I didn't want to pay for the shipping to send the car back. They also forgot to mail me my delivery packet with the registration papers and temporary license. They sent the packet overnight and emailed me a copy of the temporary license so that I could start driving the car. I called Carvana about the keyless entry and cruise control and they apologized for the miss-annotation and offered a discounted price of $250 dollars for the cruise control(which I have yet to receive). They told me to take the car into a dealership to ask for a key fob. When I took it into a Toyota dealership they informed me that they couldn't add Toyota's keyless entry because it didn't originally come with it. So again I called Carvana. They told me to take it to Best Buy and have their car experts install a keyless entry system in it and they would tell the credit card information over the phone. So we went to Best Buy but they don't take credit card information over the phone. So again I had to call Carvana. They told me that if I purchased the system that they would reimburse me. I agreed and I got the keyless entry system installed(I just barely received the reimbursement today). Overall it was a pretty big hassle but we do love our car and didn't have to deal with any dealerships which was nice.

I bought a 2015 Yirus this week and it looked exactly as it did online and runs well. The customer service at this company is outstanding. I recommend Carvana to anyone interested in buying a car.

I have to admit I was skeptical at first. It seemed too good to be true!! But....it was everything and more that it claimed to be!! It truly was hassle-free. The paperwork was super easy, everyone was nice, and everything happened in a timely manner. The car was SPOTLESS when it arrived (exactly on time). And....the goody bag and gifts were a nice touch! It was just a good experience. This is the ONLY way we will ever buy a car again. We have shared this with everyone we know!

Bought a car for my wife showed up few days later and can't keep her out of it. Overall very professional and upstanding company. As a truck guy, I would like to see more trucks available for purchase in the diesel category.

I just had my new Toyota Yaris delivered after my old car died. I love the car, and it arrived as described, in good condition, very clean, and on time. More than that even, which is great, is the impeccable customer service. Everything was so easy from start to finish, everyone was incredibly friendly, and I was super impressed that they take care of the registration of the car as well, so you don't have to go to the DMV. The amount of time and energy saved by going this route is truly amazing. Definitely recommend their services!
