I picked out A 2011 Toyota Tacoma and liked it so much I ordered a newer 2016 Toyota Tacoma and they picked up the other truck and dropped off the new one no questions asked. This was the best decision I've ever made. AND they beat my credit union's interest rate by 2%.

I took my time looking at vehicles on your site found it very easy to navigate. When I found the truck I wanted let's say "fashionably new" (2016 with lot drive off costs paid by another and a wee 6400 miles under the hood). I knew it needed to be mine. I found the truck I wanted and the purchase was straightforward and hassle free! Truck was delivered by a great representative (in the rain), unloaded and given to me to test drive while she did the same for my trade. Then we did the final paper signing and payment. She gave me a gift bag and a gift card for my first tank of gas. Tags arrived way before paper tag expired and title after that. Satisfied customer!

never thought about buying a car on line but got tired of dealing with salesman at dealerships .i went back got on line found what i needed ordered it was sitting in my driveway delivered right on time .Give the guy who delivered my truck a raise he was super.

I was just like you, reading reviews, trying to figure out if making this big of a purchase online was a good idea. But I also couldn't go to one more dealership and spend 2-3 hours just to walk out with no car. After finding the exact truck we wanted, I must have called Carvana a dozen times with every question I could think of. I can not rave enough about their patience, knowledge and over all customer service they showed me. Purchased made, but then came more anxiety about the condition of the truck and if the pictures online were a true representation. I commend Carvana for mentioning scratches that happen from normal wear, but I couldn't help but think maybe the scratches were worse than shown. Truck was delivered and it was like Christmas morning, the truck was perfect! The scratches were basically non existent. But even if the truck was not what we expected, the customer service alone would make me give Carvana a second chance. Everyone from JT, Chelsea, Erin and the others I'm not mentioning to Shawn and Christine at the distribution center made the experience so memorable. I just hate that I'm not in the market for another vehicle but my family, friends and neighbors all know my great experience and will think twice before going to another dealership.

I have been dreading buying a new car so much that I've kept mine for almost 20 years. Carvana made this process so much better and streamlined everything so well that I almost want to do it again, which I might for my wife's next new car. Susie helped me every step of the way when needed, which was a lot, and handling everything for my out of state purchase.
