I thought the Carvana experience overall was pretty good. The only knock would be financing and delivery fees. I feel that the financing terms need to be more transparent (I did not finance thru Carvana, but had them pre-approve me). They did not disclose the rate, only the payment. Also, when financing 3rd party, I felt like the process there was a bit cumbersome vs a traditional dealer situation. We also got surprised on a delivery fee, I believe those fees should be more obvious when looking at the vehicle while researching vs waiting until you checkout. The delivery process was great and we love our new car. I enjoyed not having to haggle back and forth with a salesman, but would highly suggest a couple of changes to make things easier.
