Hopefully, you will find inner peace in Nir[cough] CARvana. In your quest to achieve release and liberation from rebirths, you may find yourself passing through or placed in these realms for a fleeting moment or an eternity: Heaven: There were no issues with the delivery. It even arrived 30 min early. The vehicle had the imperfection shown in the 360 tour... and many more not shown in the tour. They were covered with cheap touch up paint that you could buy from Walmart or any auto store. I decided to take the car for a spin anyways. I already had a route planned out that would test what I needed to from the vehicle. If you have decided to finance with them, actually GO financial, then your down payment will be withdrawn very soon after accepting the 7 day trial run. Mine was taken from the correct routing number, but wrong account (checking instead of savings). The trial run is not exactly 7 days, it is 7 business days from the time the vehicle is delivered, within a 400mi tolerance. Purgatory: When the listing says that a vehicle comes with one set of keys, check to make sure that it is actually a full set of keys or the actual key if one. Do yourself a favor and download the car manual before the car is even delivered. Read the manual from top to bottom. If you do not know what is missing from your car, they sure will not tell you. Took the car to be inspected. It checked out 100%. I noticed that the OEM floor mats were replaced with a very cheap and dangerous substitute. Dangerous according to the car manual. Used every resource to research the VIN. Vehicle was first leased in Florida. Auctioned from there, bounced around the NE [not driven] https://www.research.com/ . In this case, I got lucky with the car not being from a rust area. No signs of flooding or unreported accidents. Hades: If you discover which parts are missing from your vehicle or something is amiss, then you must confront the lord of darkness. Silver Rock Auto is the devil. They will do their utmost to not pay for anything. You will see them perform slimy acts most associate with deadbeats. They count on you giving up on what is just because they are so good at being so bad. When I saw them bring my car technician to tears, I couldn't stand it anymore. We did not give up, but no one should ever have to deal with people like this. I read that they are associated with DriveTime as well, so don't even think about it. In the end or reincarnation thereof, Carvana may not be like dealing with dealerships or KBB like sites, nevertheless, it still requires your utmost attention to detail to avoid getting hoodwinked.

I can't stop telling friends and family about this car buying experience. I found my way to Carvana by searching "how to buy a car online," because a) it's 2017, and that should be possible; and b) I had been putting off buying our second car because the experience of buying our first one through a dealership was so extraordinarily painful and irritating. I researched, compared pricing, and ultimately purchased this car, applied for the loan, and signed all the documents...all from my mobile device while on my way back from a trip. It was quick, painless, and we feel like we got a fair price on a great gently-used car.

This was my first time purchasing a vehicle by myself and I will say, Carvana made the experience wonderful!!! Every time I called with any question, I talked to a REAL person right away! ;) They were always so helpful!!! Definitely an overall better car buying experience! :)

Very happy with the car we purchased for our daughter. However, we were somewhat disappointed that it only came with one key. While the Carvana warranty should cover us getting a second key made it is still bothersome that we have to go to a dealership and spend a couple of hours to do so.

Found the care we wanted at the right price. Great communications and customer service built confidence and trust. In particular, there was one feature about the car that was a 'must-have', but it wasn't clear that the car included that feature. Carvana researched and took photos of the actual vehicle to verify that it had the feature. They were also very forthcoming in answering our questions about financing terms. We had our car delivered and this process was smooth, professional and very enjoyable. The car was checked by our mechanic, who pronounced it to be in great shape. One month in, and so far it's been wonderful. Great experience all around!

I bought a 2014 RAV4 and I have to say the experience was just miles and miles ahead of a dealership. No pressure, no haggling. Everyone was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, from the customer service to the person who dropped off my car. I would recommend this to anyone.

I have been so pleased with Carvana - from their customer service to their actual product. I had an accident about a month ago, and was really stressing about buying a new car. I was on a time crunch because the insurance company would only cover my rental for 30 days. I didn't want to just settle on a vehicle, either - I had to have my dream car, a Toyota Rav4 LE in the Hot Lava orange color. The pressure was on, and I scoured the internet and called just about every dealership (locally AND nationwide) looking for my dream car. Every time I would think it was a done deal, something would go wrong; it was the wrong color, it was already sold, the monthly payments were too high. But I shopped on Carvana and found the perfect vehicle - in an XLE instead of just an LE, so it had upgraded features! The price was perfect and the monthly payments are much more reasonable. The customer service was outstanding, as they walked me through every step of the process and checked in with me to make sure everything was good to go. They even accepted screenshots via email of my necessary documents, so I didn't have to worry about postage. The car arrived early to my house, looking shiny and new, and with a full tank of gas! I am so pleased with the whole Carvana buying process. I will definitely recommend to my friends and family.

I bought my 2013 Rav4 XLE and could not be happier!! It was truly the easiest experience I've ever had dealing with buying a car ! This week, I had to trade in the best car I've ever owned: a 2004 Toyota RAV-4, because I can no longer handle a clutch (arthritis). Carvana not only had just the car I was looking for (a 2014 RAV-4), but also gave me a great trade-in deal on the car I loved for 12 years. When I started looking for a replacement, I inquired at several local dealers. And if I ignored their offers, I got return emails suggesting that I had insulted them. No such response from CARVANA: no pressure, no arguments, and exactly the car I wanted. Tara in Atlanta was a total delight! Promote her!!!
