Used Toyota Prius

I purchased this car a couple of weeks ago! I was attracted by your system, since I don't like dealing with typical used car sales people. They rate just higher than politicians. Carvana has a good business model, but it has some drawbacks. First is the virtual tour. There were defects or imperfections on the car that were not disclosed in the tour. One was a level three scrape on the rear bumper over a rear wheel. The other was damage (road rash) to the two front alloy wheels. I ended up keeping the car, but would have preferred these imperfections disclosed prior to delivery. Another issue was the the single smart key! Yes, some people turn in personal leases without the second key, and I appreciate that Carvana covered the cost of replacing the key ($375). However, I had to make two trips to a dreaded car dealership and wait an hour on the second visit for them to fit the key! It would have been nice to have known that on the front end!

I thought that this would be a joke or game. I called Carvana consistently until my car arrived. I did not have any hassling calls or did I get any rude saleman in my face. the car was delivered, my trade-in was picked up and it was all so seamless. I would absolutely reccommend this to anyone. Since trying to buy a car is like giving your number to a telemarketer. You are in control of the process and the cars are actually cheaper than other dealerships. I love Carvana!

For two months I watched the Carvana site, hoping that my car would show up. During that time, I also checked other sites like Autotrader and Carfax, but had terrible luck when I actually saw the cars at the dealerships: some of the dealers seemed really shady; the cars were nothing like they appeared online; as a woman, I felt like I was seen as "a mark" by the salesmen... not good. Finally, one Friday afternoon, my car--a 2010 Toyota Prius--showed up on Carvana, and it was at the right price point! I was thrilled! I acted fast (like, really fast... I think it took about 15 minutes), and by the next Tuesday I was the owner of a Prius, which is averaging 46 mpg in the city. The site is awesome! The service is even better! I cannot say enough about Carvana... Just do it. You won't regret the buy.

I've had this car for about a month. I drive for uber so I needed a gas efficient car with a spacey interior! I drive about 200-300 miles/day and I fill up twice a day and average of $40 /week on gas!! This is awesome ! I like the car, the spacey interior, the technology inside, and the body shape. now I was disappointed with a few things. The acceleration on the car is extremely slow! You have to press the grass all the way just to get it running at a decent speed. If you press it like any other car, you'll be accelerating very slow at a green light and get a lot of angry drivers! Now I understand one reason they do this is to save gas but this is very frustrating ! Another thing I don't like is road noise! There is a huge amount of road noise on highways even though the drive is very smooth! I don't know why this is, but it's also very frustrating. Those are really the two complains I have but if anyone is just looking for a gas efficient car(not caring about looks) then I will recommend!

First of all, who is the right buyer? Someone who knows what car they want, and are looking for a trouble-free way to purchase it. Carvana doesn't have a showroom, so if you're debating between several cars and need to sit in them, try out the controls, and drive it around, then they're not a good fit for you. But in our case, we knew what car we wanted, and purchasing it through Carvana was easy. Their Website gave detailed photos of the cars we were considering, and clear pricing - no mysterious "doc fees" hidden in the small print; they just come out and show you the price. And their prices were better than what we found from other dealers. The selection was pretty good - not spectacular, but if you don't find what you want, it's easy enough to hit their site a few days later and see what's changed. Dealing with them was very easy. The car came when they said it would, and the people who delivered it were helpful and friendly. It was just as described, clean, and ready for use. We had one small problem with the car (windshield wipers were in poor condition), and they were very helpful with that. I've never bought a used car before, but Carvana has made me think I will probably be doing it again in the future.

I drive a long ways , round trip to work and back, and found the perfect car on Carvana, not to mention, a great deal as well, mileage was low, fuel was efficient for the type of driving i do, and also, i was able to do all this while working night shift. Those of you on night shift, you know that sleep is paramount, and there is just no time for anything other than sleep. Carvana online site gives many the ability to shop when they have time, and make the deal when they have time, and above all else, have it delivered to them on your time. I will do this again soon. 

The price of the vehicle was competitive, the employees were friendly, and the little touches like the surprise gift card and travel drink cup are actually gifts I'd want and appreciate. I've bought cars from Craigslist, traditional dealerships, and Carmax - Carvana tops every other method of car buying. 

First of all--a responsive customer service team staffed by "real live people who can help you" was a refreshing change. The car was exactly as advertised and arrived on the dot. I changed financing the day before delivery and Carvana's team contacted me to help ensure the paperwork got filed in time to keep my delivery date unchanged. The price was better than any other available Toyota Prius and no haggling. I recommend this route for anyone who has already decided what make and model they would like to purchase. Great deal on a great used car and great customer service along with it. When I went to the local dealership today to get my second key made for free, the service people mentioned how easy the company which Carvana uses to process payment for the second key was to deal with as well, so it seems all suite of services this company provides hold ease of customer use and consumer confidence in quality as values.

I bought my Toyota Prius from Carvana about a week ago and have been thrilled with the whole process so far. The car was delivered on time and everything was very simple from start to finish. I was unhappy with the condition of a portion of the interior of the car and explained my disappointment. Carvana took care of it immediately and offered to fix two other minor issues I discovered during a vehicle inspection. The car was in top shape mechanically and any interior detailing issues I had were taked care of right away.

Within 4 days I had a new car and I still couldn't believe it. During the purchasing process, there was a minor hiccup with the website and car selection I had made, but the customer service was impeccable and within a few hours the issue was fixed. During that time, they were constantly updating me on the status and were sure to make sure I had other options should things not work out with that car. Two months later I'm still very happy with the process and the ease of financing through Carvana.
